My wife and I came to Sherwin-Williams recently because she wanted to paint a boho rainbow (pictured) and a tree (not pictured) for our daughter's nursery. We had never done a mural before, so we needed to ask a lot of questions. The people that work at this store were extremely helpful. One young male employee (we can't remember his name...my wife says maybe it was Vladimir or Donovan) spent a lot of time explaining the different types of paint, pricing options, and he was able to do exact color matching based on the crib sheet. We were so happy with how everything turned out, and we went back the next week to get paint for our kitchen. Now, much to the pain of my wallet, my wife wants to paint every room in the house. I'm sure we'll be back soon.

Thanks to Sherwin-Williams Paint Store I was able to get assistance on a big school painting project. They saved me time and money by recommending the correct supplies and the right quantity. Thanks S-W : )

I am not sure how much work the people at this store do, but their service is extremely poor. Not the place to come if you are a DIY-er or even if you work with a reputable company such as CertaPro. I came to the store to pick up several samples and Bailey, the store representative, was extremely rude. First thing she said we don’t have samples you have to pay $14 for a quarter. I said that is not what we have done in the past. After my husband said a couple of days ago i picked up samples at this store and paid $4 she said there was a storm in Texas that was the reason for not having samples. Subsequently, i realized it was almost closing time and likely the cause for the inadequate help/service. Sometimes companies forget that their representatives can build or break businesses.

I went to the Sherwin-Williams store in Moorpark, California. The employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I was able to purchase everything that I needed to complete the job. It was a pleasure to shop here.

I waked in and politely asked the employee to help me get two gallons of paint and primer mixed together. She laughed at me and told me "why don't you get one of each" I said I need two gallons of paint primer mix please(since that was what I was instructed to get). She then proceeded to laugh and I was like "okay......" I then asked her what I do since I'm a relatively new paint buyer. I asked her if I pick out a color then give it to her to mix with primer and she's like "sure" and kind of shrugged me off and laughed. However- at the end she offered to carry my paint to my car which was nice. This was at 8:20 am and I believe the employees name was Heather.

Friendly service and helpful staff. The paint is a bit pricey. They will even recycle paint at no cost which is great for The environment.
