Such an amazing experience! Beautiful location and was so special! Laura did everything for us perfectly and there was nothing that I had to stress about!
We also highly recommend our officiant Jonathan Mulford! We have 3 kids and they are all so unpredictable and he was amazing and able to go with the flow! You can plan everything out to be “perfect” but there will always be something ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS. He was fantastic! Highly recommend!

We had our dream wedding at Rancho De Las Palmas August 2023. Laura was super easy to work with and understood our vision from the start. She was very reassuring since we live 6 hours away in SF and made sure everything we wanted was taken care of. If you want a day-of coordinator, you can hire Laura to take care of all the important details on your big day. We also had our rehearsal dinner here (you can pay extra) to rent out the house on the premises or you could just rent out the huge outdoor area in the back of the house. Table and chairs are included with the rental fee.We decided to go with DJ's catering that Laura recommended and they took great care of the catering + drinks part. That is another business I'd highly recommend. Laura has a pay-it-forward program where you can donate one item from your wedding decor and you get free access to the entire room of decor such as signs, card boxes, table numbers, bar signage, vases,etc to use for your wedding which we made great use of.Our ceremony took place in the front grassy area and the reception dinner in the cobblestone area. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how nice everything was afterwards. We had no hiccups or issues on the day of the wedding, the weather was in the low 80s and by the time dinner came around, it was perfect temperatures. The venue offers plenty of greenery and shade even on a hot day. There is also plenty of parking spaces for guests and areas for guests to roam around the venue during cocktail hour. We hope you choose RDLP when it's your turn to tie the knot, we couldn't have made a better decision.

It's been exactly two months since my husband and I said I do and we are still in awe from our wedding! When we toured the venue with Laura we fell in love with the natural beauty all around! Any spot and every spot is amazing for pictures. All of our guests were amazed by the venue and how great everything was. Everyone raved about the food from DJ's Catering and enjoyed dancing the night away to DJ Gary's playlist!Laura was our coordinator and really helped us tie things together and helped us stay organized as the day got closer! With our vision and her artistic eye she really helped make our day magical and went above and beyond! Oh!!! If you have little fur babies and would like them included on your big day Laura allowed us to include ours it wouldn't have been the same without them!

Our wedding at Rancho de las Palmas was an absolute dream come true. This hidden gem of a venue nestled in Moorpark, CA, truly exceeded our expectations in every way.From the moment we set foot on the property, we knew we had found something special. The tropical resort-style atmosphere, set amidst serene horse stables, gave our wedding a unique and enchanting touch that we fell in love with.One of the standout aspects of this venue was its extremely reasonable pricing and minimum headcount requirements. It was a breath of fresh air to find a place that not only fit our budget but also provided flexibility to accommodate our guest list.Walking into Rancho de las Palmas, we immediately felt at home. The communication with the venue director was a breeze, making the planning process stress-free. They were always ready to answer our questions and cater to our needs.The venue's lake and water features were nothing short of magical, especially when illuminated at night. It created a romantic and picturesque backdrop for our special day.One thing we truly appreciated about Rancho de las Palmas was its spacious layout. With multiple areas to spread out, we never felt crowded, and our guests had plenty of room to enjoy the festivities.The bridal suite was not only charming but also well-equipped, with a mirror, comfortable seating, air conditioning, and even a refrigerator. It was the perfect space for us to prepare and relax before the ceremony. While there isn't a dedicated space for the men to get ready, "groom island" provided them with a fun and comfortable hangout spot.Another major advantage was the free parking lot, ensuring that our guests had a hassle-free experience attending our wedding.The feedback we received from our guests after the wedding was overwhelmingly positive. They loved Rancho de las Palmas as much as we did and thought it was an incredible choice for our special day.Choosing Rancho de las Palmas as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made. It's a magical place that made our wedding day truly unforgettable. We can't thank them enough for making our dreams come true.

We went back to CA for my nephews wedding that was at Rancho De Las Palmas. The venue was adjacent to a horse ranch and was set in a beautiful location. This was a beautiful venue however I wouldn't be surprised if the cost was on the heavy side. Seems to be a great place if you have disposable income to spare.

This is my own wedding venue from 2013 way before I was a photographer. Since then I opened my own wedding photography company and I have been able to photograph other couples here! There are so many hidden spots and it really doesn't feel like you're in Moorpark- it's so secluded and so many palm trees. Very CA/ tropical vibes. Had my wedding here 5/19/23. Couldn’t have imagined a better place to have my wedding. The venue itself is simply stunning. Tropical and romantic. Our ceremony was held at the garden area, which definitely gave off Hawaii vibes. The reception was held at the courtyard that was lit so beautifully at night with market lights. They also have an amazing pond which makes for a fairytale backdrop for your wedding photos. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received from our guests about how gorgeous the venue is!And I cannot talk about RDLP without talking about our day-of-coordinator Laura. She was there with us from the tour of the venue up until our post wedding shoot. I don’t think my wedding could’ve been as smooth without her. She helped with many details including our wedding rehearsal, and of course, details on the day of the wedding that I didn’t even think about.Thank you so much RDLP and Laura for making our special day magical!

The place is beautiful and location is great most of the staff is amazing and the locations for the weddings are beautiful but the on site wedding coordinator that is employed by the facility is horrible her name is Laura and she has a poor personality she is grouchy and is very unprofessional especially during the event we will never be back to this facility nor can we recommend for that reason, their horse facility and ranch grounds are great just don't have an event at this facility
