Ralphs has become completely ageist! If you don’t download their mobile app, half the advertised items won’t be the sales price despite paper advertisements and store displays. I’m disappointed the store won’t honor the prices despite being a Ralph's member and if you attempt to reach out either digitally or call the store, you get the complete runaround. I was placed on hold for five minutes after initially speaking to one representative, who was supposed to get a manager, but never got back on the line and I was placed back in the queue. I tried digitally, and as soon as I started voicing my concerns, “the system couldn’t understand me.”
Considering my father is nearly 80, my in laws are in their 70s and a lot of my neighbors are senior citizens, this is completely ageist & prohibits technologically challenged customers to get the same benefits. Ralphs should be ashamed with their digital coupon strategy. What are you supposed to do if you don’t own a smart phone? What do you do if you don’t wanna download an app? What happens if your phone died? What if you don’t own a cellphone or a tablet? I completely understand the gripes, complaints and criticisms after experiencing it firsthand. It honestly feels like a bait and switch to have it boldly listed as one price, but in small print state it’s a digital coupon. Shame on Ralph’s!

One may soon need a bank loan to shop here if the prices continue to skyrocket ... but that's true of everything everywhere.
That said, this is a good store with a fairly good selection (occasional sold-out items are a bit annoying).
But save those pennies if you enjoy eating food.

Shout out to Nelani from the Ralphs Floral Department in Moorpark, CA<3 I am so thankful for her kind support, I placed an order for my mom's birthday. I called ahead of time to ask if they happened to have white orchids in stock, since they are my mom's favorite. Nelani helped make sure the perfect orchid was chosen to be delivered for my mom. I am located in North Carolina and was unable to select it myself, but with Nelani's help- I was able to surprise my mom with a happy birthday balloon and her favorite plant/flower. AMAZING :)

Half pepper, jack cheese, have Timberbrook cheese, have food in your store stock shelves.. I just moved here and Vons right up the street. Has you guys beat hands down! I'm never coming back

Fully stocked and plenty of workers. Prices here are typically more than i like to pay so i dont come here to often. Prices are high everywhere but fair not too bad....lol

This location never has enough check stands open. You are forced to check out yourself because the person in front of you has 102 items. They usually only have 2 check stands open at best.

The store needs to get his act together. Vegetable bins are empty no matter what time of day you go. Bakery goods aren't stocked with so much competition. I don't know why Ralphs would want to put the store on the back burner. No matter what time of day you go there's never a checker. They want you to use self check out, which is not my choice, but it's their choice for you.
