Best customer service ever and they stand by their product warranty. I own one of their camping chairs and needed to process a warranty claim and the process was simple and the warranty claim was handled quickly. They stand by their products and I will definitely purchase through them again!

Excellent customer service!We were gifted a basket from Picnic Time a number of years ago and were looking for a new one after the handle clips started to come out and we stained the liner.I came across the lifetime warranty and emailed customer service about a replacement. I could not have had a better customer service experience. They were quick to reply, and offered me a replacement basket, minus the contents (plates, cutlery, glasses) because the contents were still in great shape.We are excited to receive our new basket and would recommend Picnic Time to anyone as the basket has brought so many memories with certainly more to come.

Everything I've ordered from Picnic Time has been amazing and of great quality. I especially love their wine and cheese products. The one time I received a broken product their customer service team was very quick to get me a replacement and let me know about their Built to Last Guarantee, a lifetime warranty that covers all their products. How cool is that?! I highly recommend this small company as a one-stop shop for any gifts you need.

I own adventure wagon all terrain edition by Oniva with lifetime warranty. I had issue with one of the wheels and send email to Picnic Time, Inc. asking for help.\nImmediately I received response from warranty rep. and couple days later w/out any additional questions I received 5 new wheels, the wagon has only four.\nIt is reliable company and I'll definitely buy more staff from Picnic Time!\nThanks!

The PT-XL camp chair is the worst designed piece of garbage. If you don't properly align the front top legs with the chair base it will destroy the joints as soon as you sit. They don't click into place, they just sit in a shallow trough and any movement moves them out of place. Got a child? They'll pinch their little fingers trying to get it right. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. Shannon at Picnic Time was very courteous and understanding where she allowed me to return the items while covering shipping even though it was my mistake. This is the type of customer service that sets companies apart. I highly recommend this company!

Love, love, love their stuff! They have fun products and great quality stuff and their service is amazing. I bought a picnic basket from them years ago and when the handle broke, I called them and they were happy take care of me and get it fixed. So great, that's how it should always be.

purchased a chair through a rewards program. Picnic Time is the fulfillment shop. They shipped my item to the wrong address (completely different state). Reached out to them and no email response. no call back after phone message. Had to call them again. Shannon gets the call. First she tell me that i gave the wrong address. Then they finally do one minute of research and realise they made a clerical error. They refuse to expedite the item as i needed it for a trip. Now miraculously they claim the item is on "back order" and they cant do anything at all. I told Shannon I would take a different color as it is offered in multiple colors, and she tells me they won't do that either. Great customer service guys. I wish I could treat my customers that way and get away with it. Funny that they are "on back order" but show in stock on their amazon store.

I have purchased a few of their chairs. When we got them i saw the tag, and it said lifetime warranty. Well one did break, and I emailed the company. No questions asked after I sent some pictures, they replaced it. Highly recommend this company.
