Had a very good sales experience there but after a few years, the higher level bed is starting to sag. Never had that before. The quality of Ortho products has gone down.

I bought a mattress that was completely unsupportive. It sunk in like a very used mattress. Probably defective. I have very bad back pain. I strongly do NOT recommend Ortho Mattress.

We bought a mattress medium soft and it was defected. They changed it right away and brought another one that was also defected. The sample in the store was different with the one that was delivered twice. My husband and I are very angry with the situation and are sleeping uncomfortable. We want our money back. My husband put a stop payment on his credit card. But they just want us to go back and pick something else with more charges. This is what is wrong with their mattress and customer service in the year 2023.

My experience could not have been better. The products are top notch. I am so happy with my bed. I rarely write reviews but the manager and sales person Paul is so outstanding that I must recognize him. Paul has the rare combination of being knowledgeable, intelligent, and business savvy coupled with being personable, upbeat and extremely helpful. Customers are fortunate to work with him and Ortho is fortunate to have a person of his calibre.I have sent several friends there and they were as happy as I was. Bring your business here

Had such a fun time buying my mattress! Paul was super inviting and made us feel like family. I bought the EXACT mattress that they lady with the one star review did and I LOVE IT!!! They are super reasonable and throw in TWO $100 pillows if they’re having a promo!! Highly recommend bringing your business here!

Best mattress shopping experiences of my life at this place, second time in 10 years I have bought from them. Paul is a super nice guy and did not try and over sell me anything, took me right to what he knew was in my price range and fit my needs. He got me out the door in under 45 minutes and made the process enjoyable with great conversation. Highly recommend them for anyone in the market to get a new bed. They will take care of you!

This is an amazing place to buy a mattress!! It was slightly busy but Paul was fantastic. He was able to balance everyone I never felt unattended. He was so friendly and pleasant, and had fantastic advice and information to help us make the right choice. Will definitely go back for any future needs.

Paul at the Moorpark Ortho store was unbelievably helpful to us. He was very patient in showing us several different mattress makes and firmnesses. Ended up getting the Tempur-Pedic Pro-Adapt (Soft) mattress that feels wonderful. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond in making our shopping experience so easy and pleasant. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

Mr Marshall was very knowledgeable and polite. No pressure to buy. After checking another location, we chose to order here. Went in on a Friday and mattress was delivered the next morning. Sleeping soundly on my new king bed.
