Trash. Came in to get cash, the manager said no one could help me because she has no tellers. I told her i dont have my ATM card if she can help me herself. "Again i dont have any bodies here." Useless

Bank of America is so trash first of all let's start with my first issue of just this week my checking account is supposed to decline charges that overdraft if it isn't a subscription. The account got over charged this week for a purchase from a store not subscription. The last time I set up this account with a team member they assured me many times that my account would not be over charged, but it did. Second issue with this bank this WEEK is I called to get information on my credit card they were useless to me, did not help whatsoever. They transferred my call to another department and it was a stupid machine for a very urgent matter. The machine proceeded to hang up on me after about 10 mins of being on the line. This isn't the first time my call has been dropped on here. I called the bank again, they could not directly transfer me to someone who could help me with an urgent matter. How useless what kind of customer service is this when you have peoples money. Definitely will be closing at least my savings account with them because I know that's how banks make money their customers, hit them where it hurts. Such bad customer service god do not recommend

So I come here often for work. I often get quarters for laundry. I have previously asked for bank rolled this time I once again got suckered by a pre rolled turned in customer roll. See photos I was shorted 1.25 because I received a good time token, rupees, and a nickel

Traveling between cities I needed to stop and make a transaction at this bank and Eric simply handled all aspects of what was needed successfully. This was a business transaction that simply went well!

I had the warmest and most professional welcome at Bank of America thanks to Ari and Iris. They were so helpful and professional with great customer service and i was in and out within a reasonable amount of time... A++++ service

b of a is the worst bank in the world. i am switching to chase!! wells fargo or anything else. they charge frees out the a** for their mistakes. and then keep charging you fees for being negative because they wont stop charging you fees! they have racked up 140$ in fees in one week. you are despicable! i hope your company goes under! stealing from the poor and being absolutely no help because they don't give a d***!!!! you are the worst company ive ever dealt with

Apparently it's a policy to have only two tellers work at once while a manager and 4 bankers walk around and greets the 15+ people in line? I don't care about being greeted...

This is an average bank branch of an average large bank. So generally its sterile and unfriendly with some fee you need to pay. The location is clean and the staff average. There is plenty of parking. I would not come here if I expected an issue but hey how many other BofA's are there in Moorpark...

This is the worst!!! They do not answer their phone!!! I even tried making an appointment to have them call me. They gave me a sales person! I don't have a sales question, I have an issue with an account. But can't get anyone to help me.

When ever I walk into this Bank of America I get greeted with a smile. The only banker I will let help with our accounts is Cyrus Towlait and for our Mortgage services we will only talk with Shirin. This is the best customer service representatives I have ever met. I refer anybody I speak with to this branch and these employees. I love these people. :) Diana Roche

I have had some trouble with the tellers. Different tellers tell you different things so it's really annoying because they tend not to be consistent. I have no troubles using the ATMs. The greeters are friendly and when I closed my account, it was fairly simple, though it is quite evident they were not happy. It took a while for anything to be done. Same goes for when I wanted a credit card. Actually, the credit card took longer than closing my account.
