I absolutely LOVE the staff here and that's what keeps me coming back. The property is in a great location in my opinion, and everything is so easily accessible but also feels very secure and safe. Customer service is always top priority to me, both as an employee at my job or as a customer myself. Moorpark Self Storage has been above and beyond five stars for me every time.

I have been coming here off and on for years as I moved through out college. The staff is amazing and I had never had any issues. The units are extremely clean, the flooring is tiled. I have never had any issues with furniture or paintings. I've never had ANY bug issues or any damage whatsoever. I am moving and will be using them permanently as I trust them more than any other place I've ever used.

I wouldn't put your stuff here. We had our stuff stored here for 2 years and brought termites home with us to our new place. Our dining room table was infested in them. I called and they said they aren't responsible although they did notice the termites in the unit when we moved out...???.... I'm sorry but I think they are responsible for keeping their premises up! They will do nothing to compensate! So store at your own risk! I'm disgusted.

The office people used to be so nice here but now they have someone who is disrespectful and arguementative. Came away very upset today.

Tried calling this place 3 times during open hours and nobody would answer the phone. Next day I went over in person and nobody would open the door even when I heard a TV playing in the office. Terrible place to do business, go to public storage down the street
