COSTUMER SERVICE doesnt exist in this store,my phone was dying so I parked to look in my trunk for a charger, owner automatically looked at me like I was a criminal. he didn't ask... he demanded I tell him why the hell I was parked in his property I answered I was trying to find a charger he walked away came back started closing the trash can doors like I was gonna steal his trash lol, told me for a charger there was a mechanic shop across the street ...... like what???!!!! I need a phone charger you're business is a store ..... hello.....anyway I Walked into the store and He was raising his voice at a vendor kicking him out and being completely rude and unprofessional All for a bunker that was lent to the business that he doesnt want to return although it's not his property when I go to a store I'm not interested in seeing rude owners and a whole soap opera in front of me Seriously dude do better ,control that temper

Worst store in moor park horrible customer service the owners son is a complete rude incompetent individual with the iq of the average 4th grader at best. I bought some water because my truck broke down I didn't end up using them all. Out of the 5 gallons only 2 I tried to return the other 3 and he made a big scene making it seem like I was doing something wrong. Asking me why I took more if I didn't need it. I'm sorry I don't have x ray vision and don't know the exact amount of water the truck needs. I took two snickers and a gum left him the change. This guy doesn't know how to treat a customer he told me not to come back and got into a cursing battle with me in front of 5 other customers. Don't provide me with a recipe try to refuse an exchange or return on a closed item that has never been used. Has 0 policy notices in the store and thinks he's going to get over on people. Sorry not this person! Will never return do not give them your business go down the street where they treat people with respect provide them with a recipe and have common sense!

I know if you're looking for a general store this isn't just some General Stores this is the amazing place that creates lots of members for families and has a historic background to it as well and as near as a storage place so if anyone is looking for a great place to just feel the part of a small town and go to the backcountry to Fillmore or Park General Store it's your choice for you go on your journey

The Moorpark General Market is without a doubt an elegant and magnificent. Ma and Pa Store. The building is a great place to find hats, pií±atas, party supplies, cleaning supplies, alcohol, and so forth. Not only that the market has reasonably priced items that would normally cost a lot more at an ordinary grocery store. It has a nice tiny Mexican market like feel to it and it is very authentic. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, then I would suggest checking this place out.

Moorpark's number one general store. Organic products, hardware supplies, toiletries and just about everything else you can imagine makes this the go-to place. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.
