I have been shopping at Kohls for years and appreciate their stores so much. Easy to follow the lay out and the employees are ALWAYS kind! PLUS I LOVE the coupons and the clearance areas.

The woman who helped me checkout (Fabi) was extremely kind and efficient. She was very knowledgeable about the store and very friendly which made my shopping experience wonderful

The Men's Suits Were Good Quality But Expensive. So I Passed. A Lot Of The Store In Moorpark Was Empty And Very Few Employees Were Available To Help.

I have liked Kohls in the past because it was conveniently located near me, had some good coupons and a descent selection of clothes. The last 3 times I have visited, the cashiers have asked me about opening a credit card. When I decline they keep pushing and pushing. They then say you can save this amount (whatever it may be) then tell you that you can open one and close it the same day etc. I keep saying no, I don't use credit cards. It has seriously ruined my shopping experience. I end up leaving so bothered and one time I was really upset because the cashier was so inappropriate and rude. After these experiences I have chose to not return. I have talked with friends of mine who have had the same experience and will not be returning as well. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience. It's ridiculous that the cashiers have taken that away by being so pushy.

Normally I go into the store all the time and I spend a lot of money I placed an order online they charged my card and then five minutes later they canceled my order . And it was over a $300 order now I have to wait seven days for them to credit my card back so I can go out and buy the item I need to buy If they're the ones that canceled my order, it's their fault whatever happened on their end they should automatically give that money back on your card immediately that's why I only gave them two stars I'll probably pay off the Kohl's card and cancel it

Super friendly staff super easy returns exchanges my mom had purchased a jacket in the security tag wasn't removed when I went back in they took care of it for me without any issues of course it was the wrong size for me that's why I was bringing it back anyway and I exchanged it for some T-shirts which my mom really enjoyed seeing me wearing them the store is clean meet well organized staff is friendly returns are super easy even the Amazon returns are simple plus they even give you a percentage off when you go in there it's a deal no matter what you do when you're going to Kohl's make a calls oh plus the parking is open plenty of parking
