I popped in just to check pricing. They immediately hooked me with prompt customer service and a price that was half what I paid at Costco 4 years ago plus a longer warranty. I knew my brakes needed to be replaced, which they also noticed. They charged a decent price so that was another issue solved. The work was immediately finished with a very short waiting period. I was quite impressed. Shout out to fun Diego!

Today was my third time going to Randy's tires in the last 4 months and let me tell you, they've definitely got a customer for life! I had to go in to get two new tires last week, at which point they told me my front brake pads were basically gone. That said, they didn't try to sell me new pads or anything on the spot which I really appreciated. As I was paying, I inquired about how much it would cost if/when I came back to get the pads replaced. Jose told me that they'd need to order the part special so he wasn't sure, but also suggested I take a look online and just buy them myself to save some money and then bring them in and just pay labor to have them installed. I appreciated his honesty and went home and found a pair for a good price and ordered them. Today, I went in to have them put on. Jose remembered me and told me it would be about an hour to get them put on. Easy. He also asked if I needed to get the rotors refinished as well, and that the cost would be about $120. I said I didn't think so, but I wasn't sure. He said he'd have his guy go for a ride in it and let me know what he thought. After the ride, he came back and said the rotors were fine and didn't need to be refinished. They slapped the new brake pads on for me at a labor charge of $45 which I thought was an unbelievably good deal. I really love these guys. They had the opportunity to upsale me for both labor AND to refinish the rotors (I wouldn't have known any better) and they didn't. Just honest guys that do good work and get you in and out as fast as they can. Love this place!!

Had a piece of metal in one of tires. Took the car to Randy's for a patch job. Josue informed us they were kinda busy and it would be about an hour. We left the car and walked down to Cactus Patch for some breakfast. As busy as the shop was, they had the tire patched and back on in promised hour. Quick service, super friendly staff. Will be back when I need new tires.

This place just made my day! I got a flat tire the other day, it was damaged really bad. But I'm a pretty broke college student and I owe la court like $300 for forgetting to register my car on time. And now I'm like woah, I got a flat tire, I'm gonna have to buy like 2 tires now, I'm super broke this is gonna cost me like a million dollars, and I already started composing in my mind a craigslist post to sell my PS4. I'm a busy guy I have a lot of homework and other stuff to do so now I'm like hey now I gotta go to the tire store and wait a whole week for them to put tires on. As you can see, I don't know much about cars. I do know enough to know that my flat tire had irreversible damage. So I roll to the store and make a joke about if they can fix the obviously damaged beyond repair tire and the guy laughed and knew right away it was a joke. I have trouble feeling like anyone takes me seriously and it felt great that this guy treated me like an equal and didn't speak down to me like the typical salesman. Right away I was starting to like my visit. Also, I have pretty bad social anxiety so interacting with people is a nightmare for me usually. This place was cool. I asked if hey had used tires and they were like yeah it was less than $40 I said WOW I thought I'd spent a few hundred bucks today but I guess not. I thought I was gonna be at his place forever I brought a book and some weed with me. But no these guys were done in no time at all! Jose was the guy who helped me out, if I had cash on me I would've tipped him, I work for tips so I like to treat really good people right. He politely asked that I leave a good yelp review and I thought "hey, you know what? There's nothing wrong with asking for good feedback. Feedback is perfectly healthy to ask for and is not the same as validation. Stop thinking what your new job is telling you is criticism and realize its feedback. And what's a couple bucks as a tip worth compared to a raving review that could possibly bring in more business? These guys know the value of the story of a cool experience". I usually don't do survey things because I don't wanna support the corporate fat cats, but the guys working at this place were super friendly and you could tell they worked with a sense of pride. I wish I was that humble. So here I am now, ended up spending far less time and money than I expected, and doing a guy a solid by leaving a good review, I did good for myself today, I deserve a cheeseburger. One cheeseburger ain't gonna kill me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ definitely gonna go back to that place for my tire and tire accessory needs. My stress levels went from like 11 to 9.75, I know that doesn't seem like much but it's a lot really. Kinda feeling weird that having more money is making me so happy, it's kinda sad. You know what? No. I'm feeling better because now I feel like I can survive with enough extra wiggle room to enjoy myself like watch something or go somewhere or eat something nice. Oh and, "I'd give this place SIX stars if I could"(in a silly voice) but really I would. Thanks guys!

I went to Randy's Tires for a tire rotation and what I thought was a nail in my tire. I called before going and was told I would be in and out in a half hour. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Josue. I asked him to inspect all of the tires while doing the rotation to see if there were any other visible issues. He assured me he would check everything and pulled my truck right in. The seating outside in the shade was perfect and I enjoyed the beautiful bird they have there. I observed everyone busy at work and no nonsense. These guys are all about their business and work very hard! My vehicle was finished in the time frame Josue promised me. Prior to pulling it out of the garage, he came and went over what was done, including putting one of my tires in the water bath to check for air leaks since the pressure was really low, WOW! Talk about going above and beyond! I for a quote for tires on my other vehicle and will being bringing it back soon!

This will be my second review of Randys Tires. My 15 year old Mastercraft boat trailer has a very specific hub for wheel lubrication. It Uses 50 Weight motor oil and clear high-impact plastic caps Instead of the traditional grease style of lubrication. Following my last trip to the river the hubs began to leak oil. There were no local distributors for replacement caps so he got on the Internet and located the one distributor in the nation that had a replacement. It took over two week to get them shipped to his shop. Because the hubs had no oil I did not want to tow the boat back to my house. He graciously offered to let me keep the boat there. It didn't have a cover and I was worried about leaving it out all night because all of my ski equipment was in the compartments of the boat. He and his guys pulled out of the shop every day and parked it in the shop at night where it was secure.. This is my second experience with he and his staff setting the high watermark for outstanding customer service... Just for the record, I'm not a member of his family and he didn't pay me to write this . It's just my way of saying thank you.....

My wife and her family have taken their cars here for years. I was always skeptical because of the poor condition of the shop and the suspect employees there. We had my wife's brakes serviced there for a fair price about 1-2 years ago. We noticed they were making some odd noises a week later. Brought it back in and they took the pads off, serviced the rotors then put the pads back on. After this the sounds were fine for about another week, then they came back. My wife took the "mechanic" (a 20 year old who thinks he knows a lot about cars) for a test drive so he can hear the sound. He told her that her that her 2013 Ford Edge is old and old cars just make noise and turned her away. We took it to another shop who said that the rotors were glazed because the pads were cracked, most likely due to being poor quality. Don't go here. You get what you pay for and what you see. Stick to well known shops who are clean and professional.

Randy's is always honest and has great prices. The people are friendly and not here to take advantage of you. My wife and I have come here twice now and will continue to do so as long as we live near by. They called us after we thought we needed two rear tires. They told us we only need one and the other has plenty of tred. I feel lucky to have such a reliable shop close to home.

Jose and Juan are so awesome. I dragged in my old RV with a leaky tire in and within minutes Juan was backing "Bessie" in and quickly pumped her up for her final trade-in voyage to the dealer. It was hot and he did it with a smile and a genuine intention to help keep me safe on the long 75 mile drive! No charge... "just be safe!" I will definitely come back for all my future tire needs thank you guys you rock!

I have been using this place for quite a few years. They continue to do great work, have never shown any sign of upselling me, and on multiple occasions have proven themselves to be straight shooters, or have gone above and beyond in the level of service provided (most recently, last week which prompted this review). A great shop.
