Excellent body shop in Moorpark. Very nice owner, they fixed a glass rear window that came apart from the soft top for a very reasonable price. The dealer wanted $10,000 to replace soft top. They just reglued the window back in and works great. Sometimes the little guys do great work and are very competitive with the dealerships. It cost me just a few hundred dollars.

If I could give zero stars I would this guy operates on vehicles illegally and then tries to charge without your consent he will try to hold your vehicle hostage. You can tell he’s not a good guy when you speak to him or meet him take your vehicle elsewhere.

Absolutely phenomenal. The owner help me out himself, and got my starter replaced super quickly and then a totally reasonable price. I'm definitely going back there when I need any more repairs, and would recommend him to virtually anybody.

Took my Infiniti in for major repairs. This shop is professional, knowledgeable and honest. They provide great service for their customers and are reasonable. They did a great job fixing all the issues with my car and really care about their customers and go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!

We had our driver's side mirror on our 2004 Winnebago hanging. We were in a bind and Elite Auto body first tried to reinstall our mirror. We quickly realized we needed to order a new mirror. Once the mirror arrived we called to find out when to bring it in. We brought our Minnie in the next morning and the owner got started right away. Great service and we are once again road ready.

I have a 2015 Honda Civic that was giving me some pretty concerning issues. It looked to be leaking oil significantly, and I started to hear a grinding noise when I'd drive. I freaked out and started calling auto repair shops all over Moorpark. A lot of shops dismissed me really quickly over the phone, or told me it would be over $150 just to look under the hood. When I called Elite Auto, the manager, Abdul answered the phone and was SO nice. He was really patient with me explaining the situation considering I know absolutely nothing about cars. I had my vehicle towed to his shop and within a day he called me and gave me the run down of the problem. The car had actually been leaking transmission fluid, due to a worn out transmission oil pressure sensor. He priced me extremely fair, and said it wouldn't take longer than a day to fix. I also had really worn out brake pads and rotors that I brought to his attention, so I had him fix those as well. From start to finish, Abdul and his staff gave me such peace of mind and never tried to price gouge me or sell me other unnecessary work. They fixed the issue at hand, and performed honest and competitive work. When I picked up the car, he charged me for parts and labor and didn't charge anything for diagnostics. He also made sure the parts that were replaced were manufactured by the dealer, which also made me feel so much better. As a female, it can be really intimidating to walk into a mechanics shop and ask for help or try and understand pricing and vehicle issues. Abdul took that concern away and made me feel comfortable and performed honest and trustworthy work, and an exemplary experience. I drove home with absolutely no issues, and my car drove smoother than it had in about two years. I highly recommend that if you're looking for an honest mechanic, competitive and fair pricing, 5 star customer service and a hassle free experience; Elite Auto is your go to. In the future, my husband and I will only be trusting them with our vehicles needs. Thank you SO much, Abdul and team!

My trucks pant was fading and needed a paint job soon. So I went to Elite on a recommendation from Hi-tech Auto when they had a little accident in my truck. Elite did a great job on that small dent. They did a wonderful job on painting my truck it look new. I was so very happy but when I picked it up and drove home it was like I was sitting in a wind tunnel, so the next week I went back to tell them about it, it was the inside back doors that were not sealed they tried to seal it but was not working because the clips were old and breaking so they had to order new ones, again when I picked it up still not right, they sent them the wrong ones, I had done this about two more times. Then the when I brought it back they had fixed it. But still had a wind tunnel sound and you can feel the cold air coming in. So it also turned out it was the clips that sealed the window closed were broken. I knew that because that is how I got the truck with them broken but what the owner did was order new ones from Toyota and put them in at no cost to me..now I am not sitting in a wind tunnel truck with a great pant job.. Thank you very much for a good looking truck again and a much warmer inside as well...

My 20-yr-old foster daughter bought her first car from First Auto Sales at Princeton and High Street. It was a 2015 Honda Civic with 45,000 miles and was reconstituted from a salvaged title at Elite Auto Body on Bonzai Drive. She paid $9,990. She took it in for it's first service and the mechanic indicated that the car was mechanically unsafe to drive. We asked Elite Auto Body to rectify the issue and they basically said "Buyer Beware." An estimate to make the car mechanically safe to drive includes $8,903 dollars worth of parts and labor."

I worked with this shop for paint work on my Jeep. Highly regret choosing this body shop, the experience dealing with the business owner was horrendous and the work performed was low quality. Before you pick a shop for Auto paint and body, ask to see a few finished projects in person, I ignored many warnings signs that this was not a professional business early on because I trusted the recommendation from the owner's son Wahid @ Hi Tech Auto. Needless to say they both lost my business.

Came in for a bearing in a tire. After he fixed it he told me the brake cylinder needed to be replaced cause when he fixed the bearing he broke the cylinder. He didn't charge me for labor but I had to buy the parts. $500 extra cause he screwed up.

A power steering pump needed to be replaced. The mechanic just changed the hoses for $900 and now it is leaking all over my driveway and my steering wheel is locking up. Bad Mechanic and bad prices.
