I explained the situation and he said that it could be two things. He took the phone into the repair area and gave it to ALEX THE MAGNIFICENT. My phone was returned to me in such a short time, I was extremely surprised and filled with gratitude! “They were great, came out found out I needed a new motherboard. Samsung doesn't carry that motherboard anymore cause my TV is too old. A 2012 TV is too old, give me a break. Alex called me and said I could get one on eBay. Ordered it put it in and the 55" flat screen smart TV is working again. Yippee, thank you Alex for taking the time to find where I could get a new motherboard.”

Both times the battery replacement was reasonable, I was expecting $100+, and both times it was $20 less. About 2 hours to replace the battery. When I was paying with my card, Jose flipped to the next screen before I could hit the 20% tip. He said, instead, go give some good reviews ... so here I am. THIS is the place other shops send phones to have fixed. For you ... just go here instead of a kiosk & save some $ while getting epic service.”
