Theres a new management of pharmacy there Nicole and the service greatly improved. Now everything is ready when I get there and there is little to no waiting. The employees acknowledge and approach me right away, always try to solve any issues, and always have smile on face.It is great, fast service.

The pharmacy is fine, but good luck finding it on Google maps! The problem is the pharmacy is on West LA Avenue. But Google thinks it’s East LA Avenue because they’re crazy and the real East LA Avenue is in Simi Valley. Be careful to go to the address in Moorpark not Simi Valley!

The staff at the pharmacy deserves 10 Stars for their willingness to help. Jamie the Pharmacy technician and Nicole the Pharmacist just spent about one hour helping solve a prescription billing issue for a critical prescription. They went far above normal to get this issue solved.Their effort and caring attitude shows everything a business should do but often does not.My family will continue to use them and this store for our prescription needs.Thank you.

If I could give them a negative rating I would! Worst ever!!!! I special ordered a medication. When it was suppose to be ready I checked on it . . . They couldn't get the medication needed for cancer treatments but never called - when I called to see if it was ready they said it was too far away to get. They put me on hold for forty minutes while I was trying to get the prescription information (I gave it all to them) - I gave up and called the Dr. I am moving all of my business elsewhere!!!!

I love shopping at this CVS. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There always someone available if I need help. The store is clean. The check out time is always within reason.

Went to pick up a prescription several hours after prescribed and it’s not ready, so I come back the next day still not ready. Favio was there both days and said there backed up…for 2 days?? I recommend Walgreens or vons unless your trying to waste your time and/or gas. CVS needs to get it together.

Not the best CVS i've ever been to. Staff seems disinterested in being there.

Rude night staff. Twice it involved angry male employees who act like you're bothering them for asking for help. And heaven forbid you make a mistake. Are they overworked, stressed, or just in need of a date? Not sure. But the help wanted sign in front maybe explains things. Who would want to work with that? There is some pleasant staff, but I don't want to risk meeting up with the rude ones, so why bother. I've talked to manager once and she dismissed it because the worker's tone changes when she's around. And I think they're afraid of being even more short-staffed. But people like that shouldn't have jobs dealing with the public, especially a customer who was nice. My experience at Walgreens has always been pleasant, so sadly, not coming back to CVS. And I was a longtime customer.

I hate to give a bad review because I'm a long time customer and really like some staff, including manager Kim at this store. But some of the workers there in the last year have been just plain nasty. The evening workers - Both times male. I understand that they probably deal with all kinds of customers, but when you are truly trying to being polite and nice (I even went to self service because the guy seemed busy and I didn't want to bother him), and they treat you like an idiot and a bother when you do have to ask for help, snap at you, make snarky comments, and just act disgruntled and act just unhappy to be there...well, I'd rather shop somewhere else. Why do people like that work in customer service? I can see when there's a bad customer, but why act rude from the get go to nice ones? I chose CVS tonight because I had coupons. After this incident (I walked out with no purchase), I went back over to Walgreens where I have been shopping lately and wow, what a different experience. I've never had issues with Walgreens in the past, so I'm sticking with them for now on. Note-i noticed a help wanted sign at CVS. Maybe they are lacking help and employees that are left are angry and disgruntled? Not sure. But please CVS, take a closer look at this store and make some changes!

Their system told me that my son's prescription that he needs to take before school in the morning would be ready at 8:24pm. I arrived at 8:15pm and they had closed at 8. The pharmacy team was still there but refused to help me and said that they have no idea why their system would tell me to arrive after they closed. To add insult to injury the person behind the screen (out of sight) told me that my son's prescription was ready at 5pm. Horrible customer service and lack of humanity. Will not have prescriptions filled here again.

155 W Los Angeles Ave. Moorpark is not a CVS. It's a building in an industrial park next to the train tracks. Get it together, Google maps. Waste of time.
