Very happy to have found code 3. We called somewhere around 30 places and felt most confident after speaking with code 3 to service our 1995 Ford F-350. Every conversation felt like they knew very intimately what needed to be done for our vehicle without triggering any sense of trying to throw extra in. 5 stars for communication, client relation, and technical execution. I had the check engine light come on, and the Dodge dealerships couldn’t get it in until the 21st of the month. Which was like three weeks away. Todd got it in about a week after I called him and got a diagnostic on it. He is fantastic!

Todd is a very knowledgeable mechanic, had a few issues with a 2016 3500 Denali truck. Has about 143K on it, found the problems and repaired them quickly. I found him to be fair in price and great at what he does. Thanks Todd

Called Todd at code 3. Told him the issue I thought I was having with my 12 valve Cummins. Over the phone it seemed like he already knew what it was. Sure enough it was! They were quick with replacing my lift pump and got me back on the road the next day

It’s great finding a local independent mechanic, especially one that does a lot of work on diesels. Before a huge cross country road trip towing a heavy travel trailer I brought my truck to Code3 for a once over and they took great care of me. Honest, straightforward and confidence inspiring.

Todd is a very good and very fair. I do most of my own work, I was a mechanic a long time ago. But when I don't have the time or the equipment, I trust Todd to do work on my truck. I highly recommend him to others.

OUTSTANDING !!!!!! So refreshing to find a mechanic that not only knows his stuff, He's very honest. If you have a diesel fear not you have found your savior. I spent 20 minutes talking with Todd asking him questions about my Duramax. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and answered all my questions. Even saved me a ton of $$$$$ from the dealer.

I was referred to Todd by someone who stated "I do my own work but if there's something I don't have time to do, Todd is the only one I trust with my truck." Well, this guy was right and it was 100% worth traveling across the two valleys to Code 3. It was hard to find a diesel mechanic that was willing to install some performance parts for me without raking me over the coals to do it. I wasn't looking for a place that could "figure it out" because I did find a few of those. I took an uber, a train, a bus, and drove my truck back 6 hours when I bought it....so I'm not the type to just get/do whatever is easiest or cheapest. I wanted a place that knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. They know a unicorn when they see one. Todd's hourly rate is extremely fair and he's more than fair about the hours he did work on it. I was pleased to see him round the number down unlike a lot of shops that give you the "it was 5 and 3/4 hours so we'll call it 6 because blah blah blah." He explained what he did, how he did it, and I could see he went through the extra steps to make sure it was a clean install and not just connecting things without reason. I'm happy to say I am now another person who is going to be referring people to Code 3 like "I do whatever work I can but if there's something over my head or I don't have time to do it, Todd is the only one I trust with my truck."
