Carwash vacuums they super slow. Car wash machine is not working properly. It's not making dry in the end. When i told that to the employees they like we know about that but manager don't wanna do anything. And then i ask why you didn't told me that before wash. In one word don't spend any money on Carwash

if you are looking for service, don't bother stopping by this store/gas station. they pretend to not speak English just so you stop asking them to do something. i was trying to cash a winning lottery ticket which would not scan. i asked them to punch in the serial number. suddenly, English was like a third language to them. they just shook their head, said "no" and "no work", "reported". i have shopped here before and i know they speak the language. lazy! no profit in cashing a winning ticket, so why bother? i will never shop here again! i suggest you do the same.

The white woman who works at night refused to provide service to black people.The sign and website says 24hours. There are no signs posted that state otherwise

BEWARE, THE CAR WASH DAMAGED MY CAR, it may be out of calibration or otherwise malfunctioning, as it took my drivers side mirror nearly clean off. They just said sorry, not our fault. Quick trip to the car wash cost me hundreds of dollars in damages. I'll never go here again. If it could happen to me, it could happen to you. Better to find a no-touch wash or hand wash.

Horrendous Customer Service! You arrive at 10:00 PM no one bothers to tell you that they are closed. They literally yelled at us telling us that they were closed. As if we were loitering and trespassing. During business hours the attendants have a really bad attitude, rude and passive aggressive. Note to management: please consider replacing staff. Customer service goes a long way for thriving businesses. You won’t get far with the staff you have now.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the register started yelling at me when i entered the store. Air is broken and bad parking. Other gas stations in the area are better for prices and customer service.

Best gas station store in all of moorpark. Huge selection inside pretty much have everything you can think off. Large selection of snacks and drinks. Workers there are very nice always ask how you are whenever you check out.

I have been going here for gas, snacks and the car wash for many years. It is my go to drive-through car wash. Always does an amazing job (I go for the premium and it is better than some of those 40-50$ hand washes).The store clerks are always friendly and the bathrooms are very clean!!!It’s right off the freeway so I always stop by when I need gas and/or a car wash on my commute home! 5 stars!

Solid place to fill up. Usually pass by here on my commute to pick up my morning caffeine. Staff is really friendly and the facilities are clean from what I've seen. Carwash is reasonably priced, and goes quick. 5 Stars!

This car wash is the worse. Their dryer is not working and they don’t let you know. They are using very little soap. My car is still dirty. Not worth $10. I complained and he said we will wash it again. I said I need the dryer to turn on. And he walked away.

Fantastic car wash, really fast. And the gas station itself is always kept clean. Staff is knowledgeable and the customer service is good. It’s also got a huge mini mart with a wide selection of snacks and drinks. They also have menthol cigarettes too, and that made me very happy.
