Bad management . Bad quality.!Image attached same day as delivery of sofa cover delivered with threads coming out .Also I felt sofa repair was to thick and asked to have it picked up to be fixed but was told no by owner. .! Maybe the team missed the quality control and you will have a better experience , but it any case when I called to ask to have it picked up and fixed owner Andrew was rude beyond belief so if you have a problem expect a rude and condescending tone Update to my review:.As you can see by owner reply giving my incorrect personal info, thinking I will take down review,bad quality and now harrasment.

Very happy to see that there are still ma and pa shops around!! Stopped in to be treated by the most beautiful dog , I will definitely be coming back with my 2 ugly chairs that have been in the family for ever and in my garage Maryann was such a delight to work with she nailed it with the the help from my iPhone I was able to show pictures of my living room to show her the color scheme.Thank you guys can't wait to post finish project....

California Upholstery is the best upholsterer in Conejo Valley. Andrew and Krisztina are amazing to work with. Benjamin is a true craftsman. The details they created on our chair and the refinishing of the wood is truly a work of art.

I would never recommend hiring California Upholstery. I hired them to remove the old carpet in our boat and replace it with marine vinyl. Not only did they cut corners, not use marine materials, not remove the old carpet, you can see the condition they delivered the boat to me saying it was ready. Almost nothing was sewn and non marine glue was their method of installation most of the boat. The new material they used was delivered with permanent large stains in several locations as well as overspray glue on every piece and gel coat. They charged me over 8K to deliver the boat exactly as you see in the photos. I gave them a chance to talk through everything with the boat in person. When I went through all of the issue I was meet with hostility and the worst customer service. I ended up taking it to two other shops after and hired them to start over. It was very clear they had no idea what they were doing. I will let the photos speak for themselves.

I recently had my furniture reupholstered by California Upholstery, and I am so happy with the results. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, walking me through my options and giving me honest feedback. The workmanship was outstanding, using quality materials and carefully crafted details. I have had these sofas for a few years and I love them super comfortable but I wanted to add nail heads which I was hesitant to do but Andrew talked me into it and I’m so glad I did because I love how they turned out … Thank you guys I’m super happy…
