just ask him to cancel the lottery ticket to make a new one, he cant dot and he rood to answer me, if there's any way i could rate this s*** service this is how it would be. but how dare you curse out your customers. like i never cussed him out. i cussed myself out. never have i experienced such a poor display of customer service and i work in sales. all in all worst cashier ever. bald fellow older. his a j****

if there's any way i could rate this s*** service this is how it would be. i walk in at 6am. i ask for a lighter. dude says i need ID i forgot wallet so i say," oh f*ck" dude says," f*** you" and i say," what?" he now says," watch your language." at this point i'm confused. like sure i get it it's 6am. i'm tired too. i haven't slept all night. but how dare you curse out your customers. like i never cussed him out. i cussed myself out. never have i experienced such a poor display of customer service and i work in sales. all in all worst cashier ever. bald fellow older. hes a j****

A cleaner 7 Eleven than most. They have everything i need when I stop in for a Coke or slice of pizza. Their coffee is always fresh at this one.

This review is just gonna be based on coffee. Good cold brew, but there is no espresso machine, sauces, or sweet cream. Also any of the cappuccinos listed online aren’t available there (peanut butter & jam cappuccino, churrocino latte, white chocolate caramel mocha). Please add more coffee options :)

Very horrible experience. I was overcharged for an item and when I confronted the cashier about it he blew me off and refused to give me a refund. I have never gotten such bad customer service. (It was the younger guy who did this)

I'm a daily, 20 year veteran of 7-11. It appears to be an on going issue with cashiers who have zero communication skills (barely speak English) make mistakes and then claim they don't speak English or understand. Today the cashier rings me up and it's my 7th cup which is free. You can see it on your app, he then cancels it and rescans my coffee. Shows up as my first purchase of 7. Excuse me but you cancelled my free cup. His answer NO. That's all he knows. NO. You can see in your purchase history every transaction so it doesn't take a genius to figure this out. So short sided and d*** to offer such poor customer service that you'd be willing to lose a daily and an annual customer between $2-3,000 over a 12 cent cup of coffee. It amazes me how people continue to accept terrible customer service. It's fine 7-11 there is a Circle K half block away, Starbucks only charges .40 cents more and I get someone nice, friendly, and wishing me a great day in clear English. It's worth the .40 cents. Your model is broken, better fix it quick or you'll be another Dinosaur business.
