Facing one of the biggest decisions of my life with the woman I love most, Brianna and her team at this location made the ring sizing and selection process a breeze. She set us up with an appointment during one of their diamond shows, and remembered our faces and names several weeks apart. Never before has a chain store made such an impact. This location is more than just another Zale's outlet. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

Aiden was so helpful helping my husband and I pick out my anniversary present. He explained the differences between the options we were looking at and was very easy to communicate with. Sometimes jewelry shopping can be intimidating, but Aiden really made us feel comfortable and informed.

I had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Crystal Arnold, at this Zales location, and I am SO happy I did! I was looking for a wedding band that would match my engagement ring and she was so helpful!! She was very patient with me which I appreciated as it was a big decision. And she showed me a variety of rings until I found one that I absolutely loved! 💛 Overall, I had the best shopping experience here - thanks to Crystal!

My sister-in-law went in looking for a wedding band and Crystal was absolutely lovely and helpful! Her personality, charisma, and knowledge made the process easy and fun. I wasn’t even the one buying anything but I had a great time being there! If you find yourself at Zales ask for Crystal!

Me and my husband came to browse around the store we were immediately greeted by Juanita. We went to go look at some items. Juanita further assisted us she asked us a couple of questions regards to what we like or wanted on a special item based on that information she was able to show us some pieces that we really liked. Which was great because sometimes going shopping and not really knowing what we’re looking for makes it a bit complicated and confusing but Juanita asked us the right question and that helped us tremendously which we ended up purchasing an item. she explained to us the lifetime warranty. Juanita and her manager crystal went above and beyond definitely will be back and recommend zales at del monte in Monterey.

I wouldn’t particularly shop here they are on the cheaper end of jewelry brands. However Juanita’s personable and kind so working with her was a pleasure. She isn’t fake and she treats you like family. I’d follow her to any location/ company she works for. I didn’t feel rushed with her nor did I feel like she was eager to sell me something. She cares for her clients and is such a genuine person. My experience with her was 5 star but Zales got a 3 star rating overall as my experience with the owner was sour. I would recommend working with her if you decided to shop here. Her customer service was superb. If I’m being honest she should own the place she would make an amazing owner. She’s a people person. A REAL person. Most definitely can see her doing big things in the industry. Either with a bigger company such as Cartier or Tiffany’s or even owning her own company Juanita’s Jewelry. Thank you Juanita. 💕
