Stopped in for a couple things and went through check stand 5, a cashier in training sign was perched at the start of the belt. Candy was her name and she was so professional, courteous, and friendly. She handled a difficult customer before me so very well, like exceptionally well. Then while that customer just stood there chatting with me AFTER her transaction was complete, Candy started prepping for the next transaction, mine! She greeted me warmly, efficiently scanned my groceries as well as gave me a compliment, even made me laugh a little and before I knew it I was all checked out and ready to go. Please please please give her the reins to train future cashiers. Seriously the experience was THAT good. Way to go Candy and good job Whole Foods! I'll be back!

I have a brain disability that makes it very difficult to go inside Wholefoods. I spend the extra time and money to have the groceries brought to my car. It has been a lifesaver for me, not a convience. Today, when I arrived, I received a text to go into the store to pick up my order. I tried to call, but I was hung up on twice by customer service. So, I went inside where I had to wait in line which causes the symptoms that I planed for an entire day to avoid. Now, I am sitting in the car waiting an hour, maybe more until I can drive, while my groceries melt in the back seat. The rant here is don't count on the pickup option where they bring the groceries to your car.

I live in Utah and I went to three of the four Whole Foods in the state looking for the Owala tumbler in the color Desert Bloom which is a custom color for the chain with no luck. While on vacation, we made the trip to this location and finally found it! I's kinda silly but I was so happy to find this cup so when I went through the self checkout and the attendant brought it up it made my day. Thanks random dude for celebrating with me!

Me and my girlfriend visiting from out of town when to this Whole Foods to purchase alcohol. My girlfriend is 21 who tried to by alcohol but was denied by this little kid with Purple hair and her boss who also looks like a child. They said we couldn’t get the alcohol cause her ID was vertical. I don’t know who let these kids work here but they need some older staff.this is ridiculous we are 21 and couldn’t buy alcohol cause our ID were vertical. Someone needs to revaluate these kids working here. They also had some stank faces that weren’t professional. Didn’t feel welcomed at this Whole Foods. Wouldn’t come back to this one or suggest anyone to come to this Whole Foods.
