We had some issues with data transfer that became complicated. We made 2 separate appointments to accomplish the transfer. The verizon staff, specifically Yancy and Jaqueline, were so knowledgeable and patient with all the issues we had. Even when the store was closing they took an extra couple minutes out of their time to help us. I cannot recommend this store high enough based on our customer service experience.

I know these kinds of corporate stores can be hit and miss. But I had the absolutely best experience with Marcella and Mo. I had so many problems (because of my prior carrier), porting back over to a Verizon business account. They were so upbeat, helpful, patient and just really wonderful. It took several days and multiple hours, but they were with me every step of the way and didn't abandon me. I knew moving back over was going to be somewhat of a pain, and it could have been a complete nightmare, but thanks to all the time Marcella have to help me - with Mo stepping in when she was gone and keeping the continuity - it was all really a great experience. I hope their manager appreciates them, because they're awesome! such great communication and customer service. big thanks

When the on-line customer service told me to go to this store I was skeptical. Well, I wasn't wrong. Don't bother going to this store. They will smooze and roll their eyes as they walk away. You are better off going out of your way to a better store.

The crew in Monterey worked hard to get my issues resolved. It took longer than expected, but Jacob finally pulled through and got me settled up. Thank you, Rod, Heather, Raymond, Jose, and especially Jacob. You guys are all awesome.

Verizon cell service does not work in pacific grove. There's no talking to Verizon about it, either. I heard AT&T works ok in PG.

Ordered a cell phone on the app. Used curbside pickup. While the process was very easy. I have been with verizion for almost 15 years. Stay on top of your cell bill for incorrect charges.

Went in with a service issue with my phone and debating on buying a new one. Jackie was super helpful and nice right away and gave me all the options I could take. I did go back later and talked to another woman who just seemed a bit rude unfortunately and I left. I did see a couple reviews about their “hidden” charges but they were told to me straight up. Thank you for the help. I really appreciate it.

It is Martin Luther King day today and the Verizon listing on Google says it is open but hours may be different because of the holiday so I'm trying to call the store but there is no phone number anywhere on the Internet and when I find a phone number with a local area code it just forwards to Verizon's main system. It is colossally stupid to try to run a business this way, there should be a phone number for individual stores so that people can call and check on simple things like this, I would give this -375 stars if I could.

Worst service possibly ever. Never seen a place. With 10 ppl working and 5 customers and I have to wait and hour and a half for service of a new sim card. Not the first time either. I think they may be allergic to working, would not advise to go to for help. Hit up bestbuy or a non authorized dealer.

Very unfriendly person greeted us took our name.Waited 45 minutes for help, selected phone with sales person,he left and we were told we had to wait for technician setup waiting time unknown. The 2 technicians were working with other customers mostly socially chatting away not taking care of anything to do with their phone, one person was there since we started initially with the sales person, 1 1/2 hours already.The greeting person, still unfriendly, acted that no big deal.There was definitely a feeling that he didn't give a darn.Poor customer service, unfriendly staff.

Worst possible place for cell phone service. Could not set up my phone and actually broke it gave me a cheap replacement and raised my bill. Unless you like being ripped off by representatives who don't know how to do their job, I suggest you stay far away.
