We ordered a wedding dress with expedited shipping but the sellers mailed it too late to make it in time. I told Patrick R. our situation and he drove all the way to Oakland, where it was being processed, and hand-delivered the package within a few hours. I think other companies would have flat out told us “too bad, it’s not our fault,” but UPS delivered and we will forever grateful customers.

Needed a part delivered today, i was never notified that they would need a signature for it. Wasnt called or anything. They should really notify you or something if they're going to need your signature because i assume they would want to be sure you're home to complete the delivery.

Have been dealing with ups BS. Over Five years and this trash of company can't deliver my packages they alway put for me to pick up in Monterey ha stupid company ima report to bbb this company is waste of time and money shut down these place open a company that does their job and can deliver my packages. Hopefully this place close down asap or soon

UPS Needs to take a look at the very serious allegations here against UPS Customer Center. I have dealt with them for years and I can confirm why they have a ONE STAR rating. This center needs to come under intense review and/or shut down immediately.

They steal phones from my company all the time open packages but the second they steal a package from my house they require me to drive to the center and pick up my packages over 2 months and no call back from the managerEdit 7/29/2022 UPS back at it with the open packages and idk who verizon is but he doesn’t work for us not the first time they use wrong names for deliveries

I have had several packages delivered to the wrong address. UPS claims they are not responsible for their delivery drivers incompetence. What a bunch of garbage.

UPS makes me wish I could hundreds of dollars extra for a different service as the default for all my future shipping and orders. Unfortunately I forced to use it because Amazon uses it. they make their customer service deliberately unable to call back, they don't vet pickup locations, and they don't allow you to talk to a human who can actually do something, instead pawning off their customer service to other countries with limited to no ability to improve outcomes because they aren't given the tools to! Stay far, far, away.
