This is my business of choice for shipping stuff. I do a lot of mailing and have tried all the other places in town. These guys get it done and occasionally do me a favor. Sometimes when I'm in line I do hear irate customers with unreasonable requests. I choose not to blame the staff who have always done me right.

Do not use them for NOTARY services. They do not respect the appointment times.
Reply to the owner: Chris or Linda, there is nothing to follow up with me. Talk to your employee about why he wasn't there at the appointment time. More importantly ask them why they didn't care to say I am sorry when they were back because i wouldn't be leaving this comment if he did.

Zero stars for terrible customer service. They don't smile. They don't say hello and they have no idea as a drop off site for UPS what UPS protocol is and they don't care to know. Not even a, "I apologize that I can't answer your questions we aren't actually UPS, even though it says it on our shirts". I made a mistake with a shipment once and the girl rolled her eyes at me because I was obviously inconveniencing her to look through like 8 boxes to find mine. I was told I needed to talk to the manager about a situation and that he was on lunch. So I said okay I can come back in an hour, she said "No...3 hours". I'd like to have a 3 hour lunch break. I have a business across the street and want to use them but to even go and make a copy it's like I am doing them a disservice by walking in. I actually wanted to leave no stars.

I’ve visited this particular UPS location multiple times and, regrettably, each visit has been consistently disappointing due to the behavior of the staff. On every occasion, I’ve encountered a level of aggression and poor attitude that is both surprising and unwelcome. This pattern of behavior does not align with the customer service standards I would expect from a reputable company like UPS. Such consistently negative experiences have led me to reconsider using their services in the future. I hope this feedback reaches the management and prompts necessary changes to improve the customer experience at this location. The employee working on 2/3 at 1:22pm is not ok.

A package labeled heavy and fragile was dropped creating a popping sound. The package contained a tube amplifier for musical instruments worth $600. The packaging was damaged by the drop. Given that the package was labeled heavy and fragile, extra care should have been used in handling it.

Got a package delivered via UPS to an unknown person. Went here to do a return to sender but they wouldn't do it unless I paid for shipping. Had to go to a real UPS customer service counter to get them to send it back. These UPS stores aren't really UPS so just be aware of that.

I am technologically challenged and needed extra help when using their printing services. An employee named Ben was so patient and helpful. His kindness was refreshing.

This UPS store is a "flagship store" in that I have never experienced anything else but utmost professionalism, courtesy and no nonsense customer service. Kevin is the "lead" guy (manager?) handling every situation with the same unselfish "attitude" and determination to help and/or solve any degree of problems. I always feel safe and confident that any packages sent from this location will not only make it to the destination but in record time. This particular UPS store stands out from any other I have encountered or done business with. "Hats off" to all the "kind" people that work here. The Owners have a "great" group of employees and should feel "proud of them."

Kevin was very unprofessional and rude. Mu address was wrong ,but he refused to correct it. He snatched my items from my hands and put them in the envelop when I wanted to do that since they contained confidential information. Moreover ,he has long untidy halfbroken dirty fingernails that he touches everything with in the middle of a pandemic. Very disappointing experience

ATN: corporatePlease staff this location between the hours of 4-6pm. Having one associate during the busier times of day cause a huge holdup in the queue. The one staff member does all they can, but it's up to upper management to make sure they have some help.
