It was so easy to schedule a reservation on line. Picked up the van a little late. The representatives were super friendly and upfront about the charges. Turn in was so fast.

Gas level was incorrect on paper work. Customers should not have to Ck for this. Also, rep does not walk out with customers to show where the vehicle is parked. Customers have to find vehicles. Also, no smiling, why????
