Rude overpriced overcharged for checking in at 3pm when thats what the reservation said. Desk girl said 4pm is check in or $25+tax. If I dont like it go to the mall across the street til 4pm. The place has gone down hill since 2021!

Spent the 4th of July here. Rooms were fantastic! Clean and spacious! Kids had a great time using the pool! Staff are very pleasant and helpful! Would definitely come back here!

We were there three days and they never made the beds, change the towels or empty the garage. But at this price point, perhaps that's to be expected.

This place merely added trim and a veneer of lights, fresh paint, and a nice sign to hide the fact it is a low quality inn to attract guests.
The walls are paper thin, we could hear the neighbor on the phone having a conversation, the faucet to the shower didnt work well, and they didnt even provide water. The coffee machine is in the main office.
It is extremely over priced. At the end of our stay, we went down the street and found a room for 60 dollars less a night that was much nicer and larger.
Also, The Inn at did not tell us about a parking fee they charged my credit card, so be careful of this if you go here. The place down the block, Villa Franca Inn, did not charge this fee and were a lot friendlier. There are about 10 hotels in the area, I suggest not going to this one and trying others first.

I recently stayed at The inn at 1252 and had an overall pleasant experience until check-out. Unfortunately, the female receptionist rudely informed me that I would be charged a late fee for being less than 30 minutes past the check-out time. The manner in which this was communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. As a frequent traveler, I understand the importance of adhering to policies, but I also expect courteous and respectful service. This encounter left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

Inexpensive clean and only 3 miles from Fishermens Wharf and Cannery Row. Front desk was super accomodating especially when we extended our stay. Only 30 minutes from PCH and Big Sur.

Room service only for 3 nights or on request. There is a pool but we didn't use it, but it was always relatively busy. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and modern.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was only overnight but we still got to utilize the gym and the pool! The room was clean and the outside decor made it so much more pleasant. There is an amazing restaurant just a couple minutes away and the views are great! We will definitely keep this place in mind whenever we visit this area in the future!

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet and clean. Great staff. Rooms 180-186 are tucked away down the west stairs and offer an unexpected view. Fitness room and a small swimming pool. Solar panels on the roof

Adorable, clean, simple, nice cozy spot to stay. Very friendly front desk person and good location,
Nearby activities: Not walkable but close to cannery row, fisherman’s wharf and Carmel by the sea. About an hour away from beautiful sites/hiking in Big Sur.
Walkability: Can walk to the Del Monte shopping center which has rite aid, Whole Foods. Mall, Starbucks, etc

Nice cozy room. The parking is very small not very easy to fit into with a big truck. The walls are very thin you are able to hear everything around you at all hours. The cover on our bed was ripped.
Would not pay $500 again for 2 nights.
