I use the toothpaste tablets! Great idea...I also like to fill up on dish detergent. It saves on plastic bottles and gets my dishes clean.

Love this cute refillery! It has everything I need, the owners are helpful, very convenient way to fill up on all that I need without buying more plastic covered products and bringing them into my home. I love how you can buy as little or as much as you need, too, and use your own nice bottles. Fill up travel-size bottles for your trips, or stock up for a full year!

This store is such a gift to the earth. It eliminates the need for so much packaging through the system of refilling! I bring in my shampoo and conditioner bottles whenever I'm low and often buy their laundry pods. There's also toothpaste tablets, sunscreen and all sorts of skincare and cleaning products for refill. There's a section where people bring in their extra containers to donate for others to use, so if you forget a container you can use one of these. Great place to buy gifts for earth friendly friends. Neat little consignment clothing section too.

Always a quick in and out for quality products that last me a while AND I know are good for my body and the local ecosystems. The products I've tried are shampoo bars, deodorant bars and toothpaste tablets. I won't buy them anywhere else after having tried these.

I’m getting the refillable liquid shampoo and separately the toothpaste tablets. The customer service is outstanding. The store location is walking distance to bulk grocery store, bakery and liquor store and just up the road from Del Monte Shopping Center.

Great folks doing great work. We need more no-waste options and Green Directive provides that service. At this point their selection of refill options is limited but they’re very responsive so the more people asking will help to get more to choose from. I am so happy to support a local store where I can sustain my journey to a zero waste lifestyle. Jackie and Eva are always welcoming and the store is well stocked and inviting. Jackie’s knowledge about not just her products but others, makes her a great resource. Everything I have purchased so far has been amazing. I love the opportunity to purchase in bulk and am transitioning to do so as much as possible. Jackie is a wonderful role model for anyone who is just starting to transition to low waste or those who are well on their way already. The Green Directive is a perfect place to discover something new that’s good for you and our environment. Every step towards zero waste is a big step and this is a great place to start!
