Great hotel! Very clean and quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.
You can walk to restaurants for breakfast and it's also a quick walk to Fisherman's Wharf.

I am always leery of staying at hotels that are not a popular chain in a city that I am not familiar with but this hotel was as advertised. The most important things to me are, cleanliness, is it quiet, and do I feel safe. This hotel checked the boxes on all three...maybe half a check on the last one. I did feel fine at the hotel but the hotel next door is a little suspect. Let's just say I pulled into that parking lot but was SO GLAD that I went to the wrong hotel and was staying at the Stage Coach Inn instead. It's a cute and clean hotel...the parking is a little tight but if you're a good driver, you should be able to manage just fine.

Good service. Room was clean. Nice value. WiFi speeds were consistently <1 Mbps, too slow for even email.
Don’t plan on getting any work done here.

The description as a three-star hotel is incorrect. This is a motel, probably more like two-star. It's in good shape as such... clean rooms, good beds. There is no business center, fitness center, or restaurant, etc. The lights outside the front window are very bright and a lot of light gets in past the shades. The pool is VERY small... it's a stretch to call it a pool.
Food & drinks: No restaurant or lounge.

I must say the hotel was very clean, safe, comfortable and affordable considering the surroundings. We finally slept well, without any noice coming from outside, our room was spacious and clean

Nice facility, nice service. Disadvantage: the curtains only darken the room to a limited extent and there is a lamp in front of EVERY window...unfortunately it is relatively noisy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing the necessary information for driving along the coast. Additionally, they recommended a fantastic restaurant for brunch or lunch. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Very comfortable and immaculate room in a good location. It comes with fridge, coffee machine and safe. Very well decorated.
The hotel has a ice machine and a paid self service laudry which is opened from 9am to 9pm. You can but the detergent in the machines with 25 cents coins that you can get from the reception.
Staff is gentle and open to help.
Surely recomend.

I stayed there on October and paid extra for the room with the fireplace. Seems manager is busy because everytime I went to the counter I had to wait a bit for someone to come out. He was very nice and answered all my questions. Area was quite, that was a plus. We were excited to sit in front of the fireplace, which was the only reason why I paid a high price for it but found out it wasn't working. I called the manager but he could not fix it, he just kept saying that it was working previously and didn't know what happened. In the end he said I would be getting a small discount. I waited this long so far and still haven't got one. I don't believe I will be staying there again.
Rooms: The room was nice and clean.

I think it's a easy walk to the beach (sidewalk all the way and no hills) and they have a cute outdoor pool. Rooms a tad small, but has everything you need! Google about section says they have free breakfast, but they do not and I'm not sure how to get that fixed cuz that was disappointing to find out. Parking is nice and close, but oof if you get the second floor it can be tough getting luggage up (at least if your me and by yourself with two little kids you can't leave alone?)
Overall not bad. Price seemed fair for what they offer/their location!

The rooms were clean and staff helpful and friendly. The location was next to the highway and a good 2 mile from downtown so car recommended.
