I had such a lovely experience here with Emma. She was super helpful and made great recommendations for me. Even though the store was busy she was still checking in on me frequently and providing her opinion on fit / style. I am really happy with what I got, bra shopping can be dreadful especially if you're a larger size like I am, but Emma made it easy and painless - fun, even! If you need help finding bras, go in and ask these ladies!

I went to Soma's last year while I was pregnant and the staff was extremely helpful. Now that I had my baby I needed new bras again so I wanted to go back. Well I went today and was completely ignored by 3 staff members. 2 were on the register I figured hey maybe they are training someone to they system is down no big deal. Then went to the fitting room where one of the staff members was helping someone. She walked by me to grab something for a woman in the fitting room still didn't acknowledge me. She walked by me one more time to go back to the fitting room, still nothing. She finished the one women in the fitting room and still ignored me. I left and spent over $200 in Victoria secret where I was greeted and helped right away.

I had the same horrible experience as reviewer "Kelly H" described. Where is the manager?? NO TRANSPARENCY WITH MANAGER CONTRACTING COVID!!!!!Every time I went into the store, the manager was nowhere to be found.I love the staff. I have no complaints about the sales staff-- they were wonderful.I have to point out that this location's manager doesn't staff properly (number of sales staff on the floor is unacceptably low). A few times only one employee was in the store handling ALL the customers.Again, where was the manager (Amy)?Strong managers are in the store to make sure customers are satisfied and to help sales staff succeed. I did not see that.Also, I am appalled that the manager also talked down to her employees in front of customers.Whenever I saw Amy she wasn't wearing a mask. Thank goodness I am vaccinated! Soooo...The worst and most alarming incident was the manager having COVID and still came to work, not disclosing to employees that she has been exposed, and was positive.I heard that the employees were not notified by Amy or upper management that they had been exposed to COVID via Amy (or even that there was the possibility)! I don't know if SOMA management notified corporate?That, to me, means customers (a lot of elderly / older buyers shop here) were exposed to and not notified.Never going back.SOMA Del Monte Center regional manager and higher administration here is a message: Get your act together. Add accountability and transparency. Clean house perhaps.

Never going here again; manager Amy is rude and mistreats employees. Covid is not taken seriously by management. My favorite employees left all at once (likely due to mistreatment) and now it’s unbearable.

I had the most wonderful experience today! I stopped by yesterday 3/20 and accidentally bought the wrong size bras. Came in today 3/21 for an exchange and Amber made sure I was measured correctly, and left with the perfect size! She was BEYOND helpful and so sweet!! She showed me so many cute styles! I love Soma because it is the only store where I can find bras in my particular size (curvy) , also how great the employees make you feel here! 10/10 will shop here again. :)

Lexi was super helpful. Greeted mii and helped mii to a fitting room quickly. Got the correct size on the 2nd try. I was exchanging 3 bras I bought online in a size too small. They actually had 3 in the size I needed. Most stores don't carry a 36DD. I was out in less than 15 minutes. Even though the two staff were juggling helping others customers. And I love the bras. So comfortable. From my previous experiences with Soma products.... I know they'll last a long time. Plus, they were On Sale. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks for the help Lexi!

It was time to get some more support for myself. A friend recommended this spot for excellent quality bras. I am a reformed Victoria Secret patron and was ready for a change. Upon entering I was immediatley greeted by a sales person wearing a mask. I of course was wearing a mask too, of course, which didn't stop the associate from being extremely helpful and friendly. They offer fittings, which as a woman is very important, and from there suggest styles. What impressed me so much also was the policy they have with their bras, you can wear it a month and if you don't like the fit for some reason are able to bring it back! Victoria's Secret, you purchase and you cannot bring back after 30 days. They also have a rewards policy for purchasing a certain amount of bras. The bras are so comfortable! The straps don't pinch and I feel super supported, as a good bra should be! The prices are moderate and definitely I have found my go to spot for new undergarments. Cheers and happy shopping.

I was about to bawl after a horrible mall experience. Victoria secrets was a bust. Even though the store was empty no one came to help me and I would have appreciated that. I have always bought Victoria's Secret bras. I like the way they fit at first but after only a few months my old steady bra was well worn out. My mission today was a makeover for my undergarments. Macy's was also disappointing. Before I left the mall In A rage there was soma. I walked in and the two girls were so nice. Amber measured me and explained to me how their sizing is a little different. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me several options that made me feel supported comfortable and sexy which was just what I was going for. If I had more money I would have bought more of the bras she suggested. I loved the fit. I'm not huge but no padding needed. I can't wait to wear my new stuff tomorrow!!! Thanks amber!!! Also the silky panties that matched the bras also fit. Soma, u turned my frown upside down today, thank you!!! I'll be back......
