Techs are wonderful in spite of the tools they are given by RiteAid. The pharmacists are AWFUL. WORST communication ever. Literally just told to "call back in 2hrs" to see IF a Rx that I should take tomorrow will be available to pickup this evening. How is this discretionary rather than the Health Care Abuse that it is? Unacceptable.

This branch is known for one of its most ill-mannered employee who goes by the name Maggie. She is so pompous and looks down with contempt at people. I don't know why, on earth, this lassie is so pugnacious in demeanor, Rite aid needs to fire her. I don't know how on earth this tow-bit employee was hired.

It's hard for me to put into words how far things have gotten worse at this store over time. The shelves are baren, the inside of the store is hotter than the surface of the sun, the ice cream counter is never open, and the "manager" stands around talking what little time she is there. I get times are rough for rite aid but good god fix what is wrong at your stores, even if you come out of the bankruptcy you will have burned every bridge with your customers.

Recent great experience. Associates friendly and helpful. I have transferred all of my prescriptions from CVS to Rite Aid.

Busy place but understaffed. Was told to come back to pickup medicine. Since I have to always wait in line, I called 3 times, nobody answered Then someone returned my call from pharmacy but didn’t even bother to wave a messages. They need to hire more staff. Not good customer service.

2nd year in a row the A/C in that store has not been working. So hot and stuffy in there that all the chocolates and candies are melting. They also have turned off the cooler/freezer section so no cold beverages and no dairy or frozen food products. They say they turn it off cause it makes the store hotter and the motors would burn out....well if they fixed the A/C they wouldn't have to worry about that. Take the extra time to go someplace else, they obviously don't care at that store.

Like many others, I note that this pharmacy has gone downhill. I've witnessed staff harassing elderly clients who are confused about a $500 charge, I've been left on hold for 20 minutes, and when the phone is picked up, it is immediately hung up. This has happened repeatedly, so I'm suspecting it is a tactic to avoid calls. RX are never ready on time, even when you wait 2-3 days, and when you receive text notifications they are ready, on arrival you are told they are not. All in all the staff are rude and unhelpful, and the pharmacy is poorly run. No one deserves to be treated the way this pharmacy treats its customers.

Wrong Aide. This store is in total disrepair. Air conditioning doesn't work, refrigerator doesn't work, ice cream counter doesn't work, bathroom is a mess. Many shelves are barren. How in the world do they operate?

Everyone who works here and shops here is on some sort of drug. Inside was 100 degrees and Monterey isn’t even 100 degrees ever. Looks like it was robbed inside.
