They have left our garbage several times for petty laziness. One time they took bags out of recycling and left them on the street, literally littering. Another time they didn't take our trash because there was a small piece of plastic in the can. Constantly dealing with their unprofessional petty experience.

Monterey Disposal has been really helpful to work with. I've had to call back pick ups when I forget to take my trash out and the office staff is always helpful and pleasant to talk to, especially Brenda. They seem to really like their jobs.Services: Appliance removal & disposal

Non existent customer service and takes the trash out maybe half the time. If you are able do yourself a favor and use ANY other company!!Services: Dumpster rental
