It's a two star motel.. manage your expectations. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Not the most amazing beds, but I slept well. The room had some damage but everything was functional. The hot tub is closed and there is some exterior damage by check-in that's being repaired. The office is only open 11pm-8am. I didn't see a number you could call in case you needed after hours assistance. Fortunately we didn't need after hours assistance. The staff were nice and helpful, just inaccessible during that window. I would stay here again for the price.

Paid extra for the double king bed suite, it was supposed to come with a jetted tub and fire place. Neither worked, as I was traveling to Monterey to take my daughter to a leadership program I did not have time to complain in the moment. When I went to check out I kindly informed the woman at the front desk of the problems and she insisted I was wrong and proceeded to tell me I was crazy. I have never been so disrespectfully treated by hotel staff in my life. I would avoid this one at all costs.

It was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The coffee was delicious in the morning. Check out time was a little early.

The three queen bed option with the kitchen is a fantastic room. No complaints anytime. I've stayed in those the two queen bed option not so much. Those beds are so hard and felt like I was sleeping on a box spring

First time staying at this chain of hotels. It was recommended by a friend who has stayed in locations cross country. Very clean, the cleaning crew are seriously on it. I got to meet one of them, Felipa, she is amazing, efficient and kind, someone please give her a raise! I chose this chain because it is dog friendly, I booked through Priceline, and all I had to do was call the hotel and let them know I was bringing my canine.I enjoyed my three day stay, I thought my room was super cute with a patio and fireplace. I also liked the lack of carpet and the dispensers in place of tiny bottles or bars of single use bath and body care. I will definitely be using this chain again, and if I ever come back to Pacific Grove, i will book this same location.

Carpet in hallways is quite old and smells and the room has an old weird odor.

it was not the cleanest… it was creepy and uncomfortable, the front door that lead outside not a hallway had a gap of at least 2” we could see outside …in the parking lot there was people smoking drugs and yelling. The microwave did not even work we got a room with a deck and we could not go onto it because repairs where being made on it. When booking it, it said pet friendly … they charged us $35/ day at check in for her & said she could not be left there alone at all at anytime. Safe to say we are never going back.
