LOVE their online appointment scheduling and self check in upon arrival! I've never had to wait past my appointment time, and had friendly and efficient interactions with staff. Great job!

I had to come back for a second blood draw a week later because not all the tests that were ordered were completed. I was told that all the tests were completed but that wasn't true. You have to know more than they do and double check that they are doing all the tests.

I had a wonderful experience at Quest Diagnostics on Pacific Street in Monterey today. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the lab was very clean and organized. I came in after two unsuccessful blood draw appointments elsewhere. The check-in procedure was easy and I was called before my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist (Whitney) was kind. She evaluated the bruising from the previous attempts and made a plan. She was successful on the first attempt and there was no pain. Thank you!

I had the best possible experience at this location. Made reservation online. Showed up at my appointed time. Was seen immediately. Treated with total professionalism. Was out in 15 minutes. Not sure what else you could ask for.

They need a receptionist so badly. The kiosk check-in is terrible, they're never on time, and once you get back there it still can take ages. That said, the actual technicians are very nice and highly competent, in all the years I've used them. Just a hassle for appointments.

I had an excellent experience here.I arrived 12 min early and had received a text to check in using a link on my phone. The check in is available only 10 min before the appointment time, so I waited for two minutes. A minute after I finished checking in using the link, they called me in.The nurse/doc/lab tech, whoever was taking my blood, was amazing! I barely felt the needle and she was quick and great.They also have parking.
