New to the area, looking for a nice floor lamp. Instead of shopping online, decided to go into the local Pottery Barn to see the lamps in person, ready to buy. Walked the entire store and not one sales person greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance finding something, as I was clearly looking. Left and no one acknowledged my exit. Not going back.

It's Pottery Barn, always good quality and stylish. They had a decent amount of furniture on display, but oddly enough not one salesperson greeted or approached me the entire time I was in the store.

Their customer service is suck especially the lady name Renee. I called the customer service line to help me with the missing stuff on my order online. You know what she told me? I can give you a phone number to call the store so they can give you the stuff you need. Like really? That's why I called you and you are asking me to call a store even though I order it online not from a specific store. If you are really good customer service so should say, i can call the store who shipped your order so they can send you the stuff but No! You didn't do that! When I asked you why I should call when I already called you? You said, because that is your order!! Wow. Maybe you need to train your people.If you charge your client in higher price maybe get someone from your staff to deal with your client with respect and do what is supposed to do.

HORRID service. Pottery Barn should be ashamed. To make thing worse a clerk said the manager was going across the way to Williams Sonoma. Dear god no. The Pottery Barn head boss, starts with j? Is mean spirited and rude. She's nasty in general. I pray she does not land at Williams sonoma so I can continue shopping there. I am not interested in a response, what can be said.I do want the manager of the pottery barn's phone number. I expect that in my reply.

After 3 months of trying to resolve my car repairs to be paid for due to damage done while furniture was being loaded into my car, I finally found some resolution. Long story, but bottom line is, never let an employee ask you to help them carry things to your car or put it in, it is not your responsibility, but that is what happened to me. The metal damaged my back bumper, and had 1,300 worth of repair work. The insurance company that covers the Pottery barn brand agreed to pay, then did not return my calls for weeks since the original adjuster quit or was fired suddenly and did not tell anyone about this claim!. To add to the problem, The store manager never called me back,and told her other employees not to call me back either, which is so unprofessional and down right mean spirited. I do love their products, but will never shop here again, and encourage others to consider what business you support in our community. The 2 stars is for the one person who returned one of my calls and told me she was sorry, but it was out of her hands. This is the Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I came in here today with my wife and we hada very pleasant time wandering around and looking at various gadgets and utensils. The help was present but not overbearing. The pricing was expectedly higher than you might find elsewhere but he store smelled amazing and was clean. I ended up buying myself a new wine decanter and am looking forward to using it this weekend!

I'd like to thank the sales associate who helped me and my husband pick up our new dining room chairs this morning - I didn't get her name but she was extremely helpful. She helped make sure everything matched color to our liking and then helped get everything to our truck at will-call. We were very pleased with the experience and really happy with the chairs!

I will have to agree with the rest of the reviewers that the customer service at this store not only left a lot to be desired, but also made me want to avoid it at all costs. I don’t even know if it’s discrimination or just pure “bad at my job” attitude. The two ladies at the desk (one was elderly, the other blond) saw me walk in, but completely disregarded me as they were too busy with their conversation. I had to go to them and interrupt them with what I needed. The demeanor was quite dismissive as though I was such an inconvenience.I will not be going back and will even avoid Pottery Barn online as there are much better stores that care about the performance of their employees. This seems to have been an ongoing issue, based on the reviews, but it hasn’t been addressed.

Stopped by at this store to start looking for some furniture for my house, we spent about 25 minutes walking and looking around. The staff were just looking at us and talking to each other. No greeting, no questions asked if we need help…. Another client comes who is American and they started talking to her and still not us!!! Words cannot describe how I felt with this unprofessional behavior and attitude, only one girl came at the very end and said let me in to if you have questions. Who was not white…Hope the headquarters see my review!!
