    Beautiful hotel! Very clean and Service was great and it is centrally located! Really enjoyed our stay! We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary and they gave us a bottle of champagne!❤️

    We had a great stay at the Portola Hotel. The breakfast at their restaurant, "Jack's" was very good. The location is perfect, it's a very short walk to Old Fisherman's Wharf and about 20-30 minutes to the Aquarium and Cannery Row.The room was clean and up to date. We'll definitely be back!

    Great location. Staff were helpful and courteous. I dont know if this is a new standard but thought I would share- I arrived on a Monday and checked out on Friday ... never had housekeeping service. I would though stay here again.
