Amazing job on fixing (PDR) a pretty nasty dent on a quarter panel of my E-class. You can hardly find the spot now. Very happy with the result.

Tip and his wife were great from beginning to end. I called the shop and spoke to Tip's wife (I forgot her name, haha). I asked for an estimate on a major door ding to the passenger door on my Tesla Model Y, right on the bodyline. Tip came to check it out to give an estimate on his way home even though they're booked 6 weeks out. I had previously got a quote from my usual bodyshop that has repaired my Tesla after 2 previous hit \u0026 run incidents where people crashed into my front bumper. They quoted $2,175 to repaint the entire rear door and part of the front door and rear quarter panel to blend in everything to make it match. While this is what I estimated it would cost, and is normally how it would be repaired, I opted to get an estimate for Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), which I'm very familiar with as a viable option, even though I might have had a small blemish in the paint left over. In my opinion, a small paint blemish is better than repainting half of the left side of my car because 5 or 10 years down the road, you'd be able to see the difference in paint. As you can see in the video and before and after photos, Tip did an amazing job cleaning up the dent. He promised a 90% fix on the repair and but managed to work it out to 99% over about 2 hours. If you didn't know there was a door ding there before, you'd never find it. It cost me $400, but it's worth it compared to my deductible and another hit on my insurance. I highly recommend Tip at Perfect Touch. He's been doing this for over 20 years and lives locally to the Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach area. Thanks for fixing up my Tesla!

I called this service and thoroughly impressed. This husband and wife team not only came to my home swiftly to repair a complex near seam dent but were a true pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend their services. A plus all the way!! You can't see there was ever a dent!!!

My wife and I just received extraordinary service from Tipp and Debby at The Perfect Touch (also known as Dent Perfection by The Perfect Touch).Tipp worked on our two cars earlier in the week: one needed a repair to the damaged rear bumper, and the other needed a large dent (in the fender) removed. Tipp arrived on time, first thing in the morning as Debby indicated he would. He’s a truly nice guy, and both he and Debby were pleasant to work with. He spent all morning and half the afternoon, working back and forth between the two cars.The end result: It’s hard for us to believe, but you cannot tell either car had ever been damaged. The bumper repair: perfect. Same with the (large) dent removal.We know these nice folks are very busy, but if in the future we ever need body work done on any of our cars, we’ll return to The Perfect Touch. Tip is downright amazing! In my younger life I did auto bodywork and painting, so I was really skeptical of this guy who could fix my Mercedes door ding without grinding down the paint and putting bondo, and then repainting. But after a few hours, the dent was absolutely gone! And he didn't even scratch the paint... it literally looks perfect! I could not recommend Tip more highly! THANK YOU!!

Tip is the BEST!! I bought a Mercedes Benz and a few weeks later someone dinged my door in the parking lot. I stupidly tried to fix it myself with touch up paint and boy did Tip come to my rescue, not once, but TWICE!! Please always leave it to the professionals. I would recommend Tip to everyone I knew!

Highly recommend! Tip and Debby are a great team. The scheduling process is a breeze, pricing is very fair, and Tip's work is top notch. The scratches in my bumper are gone, and it looks like new! Tip also does all work on-site at your home or office which is extremely convenient and saves unnecessary costs on a rental car or ride-sharing service.

Tip is a very skilled artisan. He accomplished amazing results on my vehicle's significantly damaged bumper. It looks as good as new at a price lower than the body shop quotes I received. He was timely, pleasant and honest. I couldn't ask for more.
