Great service from start to finish! Rory at the counter was very friendly and explained everything clearly. They did a free complete inspection. He called a few hours later with the diagnosis and estimate. The work was done quickly and he called to let me know. The price was reasonable. I always take my Toyota RAV4 here for any servicing.

Great customer service! Resolved my vehicles issues, and gave me a 3yr. 36k mile warranty on parts and repairs. No hassle or over charge like the dealer. Gonna star bringing all my cars to Pacific Motors. Very pleased!!!

This may have been one of the nicest, most productive, and honest shops I have ever taken my truck to. My transmission broke and they had me in the very next day to diagnose and begin to fix the issue. Rory and Beatrice might also be the nicest humans you will ever meet. I ended having all sorts of issues and my time line kept getting extended but to no fault of the shop itself. They accommodated me in any way they possibly could and even threw me a bone on some cost of parts and labor because of circumstances. I highly highly recommend taking your vehicle here to Pacific Motor Service for exceptional work and honest professional staff. 5 stars all around!

I recently took my vehicle for an oil change at Pacific Motor Service near the Sportscenter. I can say that I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the front desk team. I've only been there a few times and they treated me like lifelong customer. Communication was great.
