I had a couple of shirts that needed washing and mending but had no idea where to go. After seeing the positive reviews for The Owl Cleaners, I decided to give them a shot. The staff, especially Carol, were extremely helpful and attentive with me. I jokingly said “This won’t be last time you see me. I’ve got more where that came from.” 10/10 would highly recommend!

I think tailors kinda have it hard in general because experiences are so subjective, but I've been taking my clothes here for alterations for months and everything has been done right, even with weird requests or garments that are difficult to work on (like requests for triple stickers/ kevlar blended fabric for motorcycling/ etc). My wife also takes a ton of dry cleaning here and it's always been good. Consider this my vote of confidence.

I've been working out of Monterey since late September 2019, I live in San Diego. I'll confess, I've been working overseas since 1990 and have used hotel laundry services all over the world, becoming very spoiled by the whole thing. Its not that I can't do my own but, it's time consuming when your free time is at a premium. After a quick internet search I came across Owl Laundry Services in Monterey and started doing business with them, fluff and fold Services are by the pound. My first time in they weighed it and charged me $20.00 flat rate!! Then I used their alteration services to remove the sewn on hood of a brand new Mountain Hardwear "absolute zero parka"/the most expensive coat I've ever bought... they removed the hood and created a button/loop arraignment so I can reattach the hood should I ever need it. Their work is AWESOME, reliable, consistent and reasonably priced. Now I see them once a week for my laundry service needs.

I was in town from Virginia for work. I did a Google search for the best dry cleaners in Monterey because I am particular about my dry cleaning being done well. A lot of Dry Cleaners give you your clothes back, you get home and they are wrinkled to the point where you feel the need to iron them. This is not Owl Cleaners. My clothes were pressed very well and they looked very sharp.The customer service was great. I even got a call about the need to replace the damaged buttons on my shirt ( from another Dry Cleaner) They were then all replaced within the same time allotted for my dry cleaning to be ready, it looked like a new shirt. The lady who took care of me is extremely nice. I highly recommend this Dry Cleaners. I wish they were in Virginia.

Wonderful experience. Edward helped me steam my shirt on short notice just in time for a job interview. He also helped me with my tie. Very nice man with a wonderful establishment!
