Poppa Joe is the man hands down !!! I had a emergency situation with my daughters vehicle because I am out of state and she lives in monterey and Poppa Joe not knowing us or having any previous knowledge of our situation went out of his way to assist us with the delivery of our vehicle from out of state out of the kindness of his "heart" without charging us a dime. With that said, I will be getting my daughter vehicle serviced with Poppa because I know he really cares about his customers and is willing togo the extra mile for others to make sure your vehicle is right once you leave his establishment. THANKS AGAIN POPPA JOE GOOD LOOKING OUT !!!!

Got reccomended this place and after the nonsense I dealt with at Cyprus coast Ford, this place was wonderful. Had a loose bearing and axel that needed replacing, they had it fixed the next day! Most of the wait was just getting ahold of the parts. Friendly staff, no trying to sell services I didn't need, no complaints from me!

Best by far and insanely cheaper than the Cypress Coast. I got brakes on my Subaru for about $1300 when my quote from Cypress Coast was $2790. Additionally I told them I paid over $1300 for the 60K service, they were amazed it cost that much. When I asked them if there was an issue with the alternator because Cypress Coast said it needed to be replaced Natale's said there was no issue with it at all. Seriously, just don't even try the auto mall just take your car to Natale's you truly won't regret it.

I can not over emphasize what a great place this is. I was in a jam traveling through the state and had a problem with my Jeep. We called Natalie's and even though they were very busy, they got us in. The shop is awesome. The employees were so nice. I immediately knew I could trust them.They did a phenomenal job. If I lived here, I would never take my cars to another shop. The owner, Papa Joe, is the nicest man. All I ever want is good work and a fair price. I got that and more.I highly recommend Natalie's Auto.Thanks to them, my travel problem, turned into a great experience.

Always been treated fairly with expert service. Brought in my 2016 F250 today with an electrical problem that other people could not diagnose. Natale's diagnosed, repaired and had me back on the road quickly. Sooooo pleased with them! There's a reason other shops refer them.

very bad service and they lie to you. I took my car in for passenger window service and they messed up more parts and fixed nothing. and they ended up charging me full amount saying they labored a lo.

Total lifesavers! Our car broke down mid-road trip and we lucked out being close to Natale's when it happened. They were so kind, even stayed late to fix our Jeep and save our vacation. Best service at an auto repair I've ever had! I'm sad we don't leave close because I would prefer to use them every time! Super fair price, above and beyond service, I can't say enough good things!

We're from Southern California so we haven't taken our cars here but we did have an interaction with someone with a large Natale's Auto Service advertisement on their SUV. On the last day of our trip to Monterey we made a quick breakfast stop at the McDonald's drive-thru. When we pulled up to the line, the SUV was already waiting from the opposite direction. We let them go first (because that's the right and obvious thing to do) but when we got up to the window, the cashier let us know that the man in the SUV appreciated us not cutting him off and that he had paid for our meal. Whether that man owns, works for, or represents Natale's, his generosity tells me that Natale's attracts good people and reminds me of why we enjoy visiting Monterey year after year.

I called in for an advice and received exceptional service over the phone from two separate people. Polite, honest with no pressure to do repairs. It's so refreshing to come across an honest shop on a out of town trip. I own my own shop in Las Vegas and can tell a good shop from a bad one fairly quickly. You guys are awesome! Went in for diagnostic work on my car after waiting two weeks for an appointment that was canceled by them. Natale's over charged me a ridiculous amount for this service and then tried to bully me into getting my repairs done there for an insane amount of money. I did my research and had the work done somewhere else just to find out their diagnostic was wrong and they had lied. I had also paid for new windshield wipers and they never installed them but had charged me anyway. They also denied this when confronted about it. To top it all off, they charged me for someone else car bill and made me come back to fix it. Absolutely unprofessional making the customer feel wrong and uncomfortable. The only reason I feel okay about giving one star is because of the office staff at Natale's. They were kind and apologetic for the mistakes made. Papa Joe on the other hand is kind on the face however bullies his way into your decisions and does not own up to the mistakes. I will not be returning there for any reason and do no recommend.
