You'd barely know it was there, as it is dwarfed by the Portola Hotel, and almost blends in with the adjacent parking garage. But don't overlook this strategically placed branch nor the helpful folks who work there. Pricilla and her boss the branch manager helped me out of a sticky situation. There is a genuine quality about these folks I think you will appreciate. I sure did.
