I have used Monterey Computer a few times now, to solve issues on my parents computer. I have also used them to transfer data from a broken/no longer functioning computer to a new one. I have had both house calls and taken the computer to them. Each time they have been professional and effective at solving the issue at hand. Their rates are very reasonable for the service provided, especially since their knowledge is vast. I highly recommend using them for any computer or IT needs.

They helped me out in a jam the other day . I called and they were able to take my computer in right a way and was very affordable. Down to earth people I appreciate that being that I'm not a computer person at all.

Such great service! I'm not tech savvy and needed help transferring my old computer information to a new computer- The tech that helped me (William) was fast, polite, professional, and did a great job! I would definitely recommend them- A+++

Oh. My. Goodness. At a previous employer, MCC's tech (Paul) was incredibly knowledgeable. When I bought a business and needed someone who knew how to set up a hosted Quickbooks file on a network, he was the guy I wanted. MCC was able to respond very quickly to a crisis situation, and got everything up and running for me. Paul is a tech-ninja; but from my past interactions, I have a feeling that anyone they sent would have done the same kick-ass job. Well done, MCC.

A rare experience of perfect service in terms of service mentality towards a client who had a virus problem and in terms of competence, made comprehensible to the client. Also we were not pressed to buy goods, but made genuine recommendations, which we trust we will follow. Finally the pricing was absolutely fair, so was the performance in terms of agreed times.
