I recommend them. I brought in my Samsung phone due intermittent display screen. Excellent customer service. They provided me an estimated cost and turnaround time. Parts weren't in stock but they were able to order, receive, and repair my phone within two business days.

I’m from out of town and my phone was not working after having it repaired recently by somebody else. It was ghosting and not working coloring was not right.
Matt took the time out of his day to explain why my phone was doing this the difference between LCD and OLED. They got the right screen put on my phone. Screen fits better looks better. I will forever go to these guys for any repairs needed for phones.

I’m so glad I found this place and have my WD external hard drive recovered in a few days. This is my experiences :
Just one call, Matt told me everything in clear and concise detail that I need to know regarding the recovery process. His explanation really helps relieve my concern :-). I decided to bring my hdd over at the shop. And after a quick test, he spent time explaining to me about what he is going to do which is non-invasive, how long it may take, and even the option if he cannot recover my hdd. Again, I felt so much relieved and have hope that I will probably get all my files/photos back with his service. After dropped off a new external ssd target drive, I got a call a day later. Wow! i got my 15 years of files back :-) ………
Highly recommend!
Look nowhere else, just come to Matt.
He is very nice, love when he takes time to explain everything to customers :-).
And most important, he wont charge you if he cannot get it to work :-)
I now know where to go if I need help with my computer stuff :-)

They were incredibly helpful and so quick to accommodate me when I had issues with my work laptop. I 100% recommend them! As a bonus, they have really eye catching 3D printed keychains and art. I grabbed a couple for my friends when I went in to grab my computer.

We’ve come here several times over the years for iPhone issues like batteries and cracked screens and they are always amazing. So knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and fast. This week my daughter dropped her iPad and shattered the screen a day before a trip across the country. I explained our situation and they were able to get it done in time for our trip. Seriously the best. They make cute toys and keychains too!

The owner Matt was so helpful and considerate when I visited with a computer problem that I had been spending days trying to fix. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers, and in my case he took 30 minutes without charging a fee to give me his thoughts and advice regarding my issues. I would highly recommend this place to anyone having any technology issues!

Great place! Sent my laptop in for repairs. The keyboard was broken. They were very professional and walked me through what the repair process would look like. They finished a couple of days early. Very happy with the results.

I couldn't praise and recommend this place enough! Matthew is a genuinely awesome and trustworthy human with great work ethic! I have smashed my phone to smithereens (it got ran over multiple times) and he fixed it very quickly. 5 months later I was back in his store again with a cracked back and my camera not working. He wasn't supposed to be taking more work orders as he was going on vacation in a couple days. He still diagnosed my phone and fixed the problem within 24 hours. As I sat in his store and listened to him on the phone, I listened to him give everybody the truth and same customer service as he did me. I watched him hustle as hard as he could to get all his orders completed as he took on my phone as well when he was getting ready to leave shop. Really the best phone repair out there! Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
