I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Monterey Auto Body, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Arturo and his team have made my unfortunate issue of repairing my car after being hit with debris falling out of an uncovered trailer a great experience. After the initial repair he asked me to come back two weeks later for a final polish. Then he said to bring it back once a year for additional polishes. I'm beyond happy with my customer service experience at Monterey Auto Body and will definitely recommend it to anyone that asks for a great auto body shop. Thanks Arturo and Team!

THIS COMPANY IS NOT CLOSED. JUST CHANGED ITS NAME TO MONTEREY AUTO BODY, SAME STAFF, MANAGEMENT AND ADDRESS. JUST HAD WORK DONE. ======================== This is a six-star company. Fast quote on repair at time of drive-in. Gave me alternatives including one that was below my insurance deductible. So did not have to deal with insurance claim. Got parts for a 2008 car in three days. Confirmed the part was accurate. Did painting and repair in two days. Office staff efficient but not particularly friendly. Repair staff efficient and friendly. . If you want outstanding service, this is the place to go in Monterey.

Was in an accident with an uninsured driver. They went far out of their way to help. Especially the manager "V". Reviews stating they have bad customer service i can not understand. Not my experience at all and felt compelled to share that. Thanks

This shop clearly stole my battery that was brand new out of my car and possibly other parts. They changed their story twice and lied and refuse to give me my battery back. It took over a month just to do the estimate and had many excuses. Theft is NEVER okay. Do not use them. No stars!! Save yourself the heartache of having to replace parts that were rightfully yours. Not even one star, but they make you.

This is the worst customer service that I have every seen. They are rude and not helpful. I brought my car in because I had a fender bender and Allstate suggested them. I brought the car in and got an estimate. I knew they would replace the front bummer. It had some scuff marks and a small dent.The guy gave me a date and told me they would take three days to put a new bumper on. Two days later they sent a text that said it would take another week. When I called and asked why the guy told me that they had to replace parts under the bumper . I told him that I was only going about 2-3 miles and don't understand how parts would break under the bumper. It is a 2019 Honda and I do not think that it would be that delicate. The guy told me that if I wanted to come and get the car I could have it with the new bumper and hope that the parts worked. I felt that I had no choice so I had them finish the job which took another week. Finally I got a text that said my car would be finished at 4:00. They never let me know that it was done so I called at 4:30 and they said they would be done in 15 minutes. I drove down and dropped the rental car at Enterprise. Fix Auto is right down the street on the opposite side of Del Monte Ave. You can see the sign for enterprise from Fix Auto. I could not cross the street as it is too busy. I called Fix Auto and they told me that the could not come and get me. I had to walk down to El Estero to the light and where there is a crosswalk and then walk all the way back to get to the garage. When I got there I was tired and pissed. I asked who told me that they would not come and get me but nobody knew who it was! what a surprise. When I got home I registered a complaint to Allstate. I would not recommend them to anyone and hope that Allstate takes them off their list. I know that customer Service is not that great these days but they were the worst.

Had a damaged and flapping undershield on my way from LA to SF by way of Monterey. Picked Fix It Monterey from Yelp and called Art who was the manager for the day. He said come on in and he would take a look and try to help me without an appt because he knew we were traveling and from out of town. He greeted me when we arrived and popped the car up on a rack and showed me he could have his guys easily and quickly replace the missing clips and get me back in the road. He also removed the duct tape I had used the day before when it was scraping on the highway..haha. So a super shout out to Art at Fix It Monterey for his serving attitude and generous spirit.

Art was super nice! I would highly recommend this place! We drove down to Monterey for a road trip when while on the freeway we heard a scraping sound when we went over bumps. Found out the under shield came loose and we were about 2 hrs from home. Art graciously squeezed me into a time slot and helped fixed the shield so that we could drive home safely. Thanks Art!

This auto shop is one of the top auto shops (for myself) in the Monterey county because most of them don't have the best staff in town with that great services that they provide! Thank You, so much!!
