I came here today to drop off some Amazon return packages. The staff was helpful but the man working behind the counter was somewhat standoffish. I realize things may be written on a sign, but if the sign isn't in an obvious place is it really fair to expect people to see it? I would come back again even though that man is a butthead.

Came in to ship two packages, one a book. Two staff there. One was helping another customer and the other was putting up signs on the wall. He wouldn't help me but told me to stand in line. After about 15 minutes the person ahead finally got finished after a lot of fumbling by the female staff of a single small item. As I was about to mail my packages another customer came in and was helped immediately by the male but not me!! The female staff member wants to charge me $32.86 for a single book being sent via ground!!! Martin worked there for years and he was great!! These new folks are horrible. I would give them zero stars if I could. Go to UPS at the top of Forest instead.

Kayla was very patient and helpful. I, as a senior, who had several mini strokes needed much help. She was knowledgeable and kind. Martin, thanks for passing me off to her. You must have had a difficult day. She was the right person to assist .

I required large posters IMMEDIATELY. UPS easily talked me through pricing in both color and B/w and emailing images process. Time? 10 minutes. My posters done and placed inside perfect plastic wrap protecting from these recent rain storms. Other places at least 24 hours to complete posters. Cheap? No. Project completed AND I won the project I was bidding on with the posters. Yay!

Fast and friendly, but the strong smell of cigarettes every time I go...and the fact that the guy wants to hold my phone to scan everytime... will cause me to drive to another one. I cannot stand the smell anymore :(

Came here today for some copying and faxes service. The owner Chris was very efficient and a good communicator. He even helped me copy some of the items (I tend to make margin errors or put it in the wrong position). I appreciate the high degree of cleanliness in this UPS store. They definitely abide by all the procedures but probably keep it tidy out of habit anyway. There are some stationary supplies for purchase as needed, a pay-for-service computer, copy machines, and spaces to organize your documents/files. Here they also offer Amazon package returns. This store is locally-owned, and the people here definitely take pride in making sure it operates properly and is comfortable in terms of cleanliness for every customer that walks in. I recommend it for copying and fax services.

The employees, especially a younger woman who helped me, are super NICE and HELPFUL. Who I believe to be the store manager... RUDEST PERSON EVER!!! He screamed at his employees in front of a bunch of people, made me feel SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I apologized to the young woman helping me and she just smiled. Completely unacceptable, manager should be fired and replaced with one of the nicer employees.

Never going to send anything that worth more than $100 from UPS. They lost my package, didn't offer to refund my $300's worth of stuff and they have the nerve to not refund what I paid to ship it in FULL. It's they're responsibility and just because they are big, and think we don't have any options, then will gladly use fedEX or USPS. UPS you will not get my business in the next few years!

I was in today and had the BEST Customer Service ever. Martin was polite, informative and fast and has a very friendly outgoing personality. He helped me with my pkg and explains when the pkg would be leaving and when it will be arriving in NY!!! It was so nice to finally go into a place of business and be greeted, helped and thanked for coming into the store. With the rushing around these days, it's so rare to find hard working people with such strong work ethics like Martin. I could tell he cares about his job because he takes very good care of his customers. Kudos to Martin for an excellent job!! I will definitey be back. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK MARTIN. See you soon

These wonderful people saved the day for me yesterday. I spent 30 minutes trying to scan and email some things at Fed Ex across the street. The lady clearly wasn't super familiar with the single page scanner process. I had no more time to waste there as these documents needed to get to the East Coast ASAP. I went to UPS and they scanned and emailed it for me in less than 5 minutes at 1/3 the cost. They were also very kind and fun. Thank you so very much for your kind and talented staff.

So this isn't for the store as a whole, but specifically the "manager." I went in today to drop off a package, and I asked him if I could tape it. First of all, he all but snatches it from me and tells me he'll tape it. Okay, cool. However, as he was putting it down on the scale I noticed the bottom was open and I said, "Oh, the bottom is open" and he snaps back at me, "Yeah, I know how to do my job, thanks." and I was just like, "?! I was...only letting you know the bottom was open..." and he responds, "Well after boxing about 30 packages a day I'm pretty sure I know how to do my job." I'm sick, and I didn't have the energy in me to tell this man how much of a tool he was being for essentially berating me by letting him know a simple fact so he was aware. Now that I think about it, he is typically the least friendly employee in that store (taller, older gentleman). If you're a manager, you need to be setting a better example for your employees and represent your company and store a hell of a lot better than that. Congratulations, I'm happy you know how to pack a box AS IT IS YOUR JOB, but when someone was just offering insight on something that you didn't see, you don't snap at or talk to a customer like that.

Our passports are due to expire soon and we need new photos. We knew the UPS Store in El Cerrito did them but it wasn't convenient to stop by there before we left for Pacific Grove so we figured we could take care of it down here. Driving down Lighthouse after lunch at Cindy's on our way to Tuesday Morning we saw this UPS Store, After parking by Tuesday Morning Alan walked down here while I was shopping to check whether they did passport photos. They did, so after we finished at Tuesday Morning we walked over. The nice young man took our photos, first Alan's and then mine. I was a little concerned that I'd be representing the Warriors on my passport for the next 10 years, but our photographer managed to frame the shot w/o the logo showing. Well done. Fast, friendly and competent service.

I specifically chose to come to this UPS, even though I live in Seaside, because of the positive Yelp reviews. I'm so glad I did! They were friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this business.
