Real gentlemen. I was vacationing with my family and my tire pressure was low. I drove around to 5 or 6 gas stations in the abrego vicinity and not one tire pump was working. One actually took air out. Out of desperation, I pulled my x3 into the service side of this Benz dealer and told them my dilemma. They filled my tires in about 5 minutes. Thanks again guys.

I have been very disappointed in the services with Mercedes-Benz of Monterey. I have needed a maintenance part for my engine that has been in back order since March of this year and now I am on a "waitlist" in order to receive this part that it suppose to be very important for my engine. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that parts come from Germany and take months to get to the US. However, I have received no updates on the part the past 6 months and have had to be the one to call in order to receive any type update. I am starting to think that since this piece is covered by warranty that they simply do not give a crap since they are not getting any money out of it. Now, my engine is making weird noises and is popping up with "Stop Driving, Leave Engine Running". I am scared that I am going to end up stranded somewhere.. I have called several times and still no call back. I will never go back to having a Mercedes due to this poor services I have received.

Staff here is awesome and very patient, as we went through the buying process. We are extremely analytical people and like to fully understand each vehicle and contract element, so kudos to mmb for always keeping a smile! I would with no hesitation do business here again. And the vehicles are not too shabby either!
