My wife found a pair of earrings there that she could not resist. The painted pattern reminded her of indigenous Mexico and the dangly earrings had a great backstory harkening to Esalen's small group of vendors who sold original jewelry pieces outside of the campus property in the '80s. Have loved this shop ever since I was a teenager! Such a great staple for second hand items in Monterey. Every time I go I'm usually Sunshine is working and she is a delight, customer service and just being nice goes a long way! I send my clients down if their shopping for themselves, child or friend.
