Worst customer service experience. Came in with my partner at about 6 or 7 and only one worker was there, Daisy. She was on the computer/register and didn't look up to greet us and was talking to another woman. We were looking at the men's underwear and she didn't bother to tell us about the sale nor was interested in helping us. Mind you, the underwear is right next to her by the register. We left and thought to call the store about the discount. She answered and said the underwear was 50% off. Um what? Why would you tell us that when we were in the store? We went bought, bought two and she didn't make eye contact and barely said anything. I thought it was so rude and unprofessional. The customer service would have been better off with a self-checkout stand. I would not recommend this store for the unfriendly and rude customer service experience.

Monse was an extraordinary help to me she greeted with a warm smile and helped me all the way through from the moment I walked in till I paid. It was absolutely amazing.

I love lucky brand jeans but the teenage girl working at this store was rude. She laughed at me when I told her my size (really?). I'm 40 so whatever, could care less, but very unprofessional and I won't be going back.

Do not buy jeans here. They will fade after 1 wash, and the new manager is not apologetic, accountable, nor professional. I am local and my sisters & nieces used to purchase jeans at this store. This time I purchased jeans *specifically* for the wash- and after washing them 1x in cold water and hang drying, they completely changed color and faded. I went to the store *with* my receipt and showed them as a comparison the jeans I purchased a week prior vs the jeans on the shelf, and she said they would not give me any refund, exchange, or call corporate to make another arrangement.The original manager at the same store who sold these jeans to me also sold me my first lucky jeans about 5-6 years ago. She had been at the store for almost 20yrs, knew all of the styles & washes, very accommodating and knowledgeable.The new “manager” claimed there was no one who worked there for 20yrs and she also denied they had the same style of jeans I came in with until I pulled up the interior label to prove it to her. She obviously is not knowledgeable and frankly unprofessional. No apologies and no attempt to rectify the situation. This is the first time I spend more than $150 in a store on an item and there is no concession made after it is obvious that the item is defective. This is after owning them for 1 week and with the receipt.So beware- Lucky Jeans have diminished in quality and they will not stand by their products. My lucky jeans from 6 years ago are still holding up well, I just wanted a different style. This speaks to how quality has diminished, along with the service.You have lost my business and since I also work as a personal shopper for various clients, I will no longer recommend Lucky Jeans based on recent management policy. The manager refused to give me the number for corporate but I will certainly be calling them.

I had a great experience buying a pair of jeans here last week. It was the first time I was in the store. The sales person, Emma, was very helpful and kind. I definitely will return.

Worst service ever, If I had anything to say it is Daniel was very rude to me in front of another co worker for no reason and it was pretty disgusting manners for a CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE. I will not spend my money with them anymore.

íšltimamente me compré ropa y zapatos de este lugar buena ropa los zapatos también porque son de cuero pero aveces están un poquito defectuosos tienes que revisar vien los productos de esta lugar por también la ropa sale igual con un defecto compre una falda y no estába pareja y los zapatos rallados o uno te aprieta más que el otro tienes que poner mucho cuidado con pequeí±os detalles que no se notan al istante o se sienten pero lo demas buena calidad "!
