My only location I used. If I make an appointment, the wait is short. Great staff.

Nice doctor. Outside of work, have seen him in the gym for 8 years and he is always friendly.

Only one person is working and doing everything. That can not be good. On Friday, turned in a sample that needs to be frozen within an hour. Got there 25 minutes before the hour was up. She says to leave it on the counter in the office and go (with an attitude) and she has three customers waiting. Not sure if my sample was placed in the freezer or not and no way to call in since no one answers. Care quality seems low. NOT RECOMMEND.

Blood drawn in middle of August. One person working. Very long wait. Sept 10, still no results. Email sent to support-they can’t find tests/analysis. Very disappointed with customer services.

If i could give zero stars i would. This was a dehumanizing and horrible experience. The woman who drew my blood didnt say a word to me. I cant remember her name but she had a "i love you mom" tattoo on her arm. She didnt warn me when she put in the needle in andwhen i burst into tears she didnt care absolutely no communication or empathy. Im concerned someone with this lack of humanity or care would be in this field. Absolutely unacceptable. I was left feeling awful. Who just sticks a person with a needle without saying a word? Heartless

The staff and service at Labcorp is outstanding. My complaint is the condition of the facility in Monterey. The carpet is worn and filthy. There is a huge stain as soon as you enter the door which has filthy handprints on it. The whole place is overdue for a paint job (after all the holes in the walls are repaired) and new base boards which are yellow and cracked. The restroom - where clients go to provide urine samples is filthy and shabby. The white finish has worn off the toilet seat and there was a wad of tissue paper stuffed into one of the many holes in the wall. The floor had dirt build up in the corners with hair stuck to it. My appointment was first thing in the morning so it wasn't after a day full of client use. I mentioned it to the staff member and she wiped down the sink in the bathroom - but that is really NOT her job. I have never seen anything like this in any other medical-related facility and it would seem that Labcorp would have higher standards.

I unfortunately have to do labs monthly. Usually I'm left with a big purple bruise. Today I had the best experience. Anna Maria was able to do a quick painless draw and 8 hours later no bruises. I'm lucky as she is normally in Salinas and today was covering for Cass St.Thanks Anna Maria!

Poor poor terrible service. Wife made us wellness visit appointments with this lab corp, all documentation is online, including the check in, an we were basically turned away because we didn't have a physical paper from our doctor for the wellness visit. Receptionist said they don't have internet email access so there would be no way to process the visits. Do not recommend. The one an only receptionist, didn't even pay any mind to the fact that we actually had appointments, just stated to us that there basically was nothing she could do unless we had a physical paper order from our physician. If I could give no stars I would, absolutely terrible.

I give this place a one star because of how rude the front desk lady is, she was not only rude to me but to everyone who walked in that door- NOBODY forces you to come to work if you are not happy find something else because this job isn't for a negative Nelly.

I never go ahead and write a one star review unless I feel as though people will suffer from poor service specifically in health establishments. Sarah is extremely rude and unaccommodating. I literally broke down in her office and cried she literally just stared at me and asked when I wanted to come in next. No empathy and no care at all. She doesn't care about her patients and clearly needs to take an HR course. She could tell I was uncomfortable and did not try to make sure I was okay before leaving after I got my blood drawn.

Alex was super friendly and nice. She was also great at drawing my blood- I didn’t even feel the needle! She’s awesome!

I just had the worst experience of my life! The guy working front desk (Andres M. ) was terrible! I will never come back to this Labcorp ever again

Turned away because they “don’t take walk-ins” and “no appointments available all day,” meanwhile not one person in the waiting room and she could have done a quick blood draw in time it took for us to have a conversation. The woman had a frosty attitude, and was unwilling to help out.
