Very informative, honest & helpful. Most repair shops act like used car salesmen. He was fully transparent & recommended the best option for me even though it was getting it done with apple.

My MacBook Pro had completely crashed with only a dim light in the background to show that it was on! I called around and NO ONE, not even apple, could find a solution to my problem. I called I Will Repair and received a very detailed explanation and possible solution to what may be going on with my laptop. Steve was very professional, helpful, knowledgable, flexible and a REAL LIFE PROBLEM SOLVER. We found out that my hard drive crashed and would need to be replaced, not only did he help me find the drive I will need to order, he took my old drive and still worked on it from home to see if he could recover my lost files, then came back when my new drive was delivered and installed it! THEN he gave me some insight on apple products and what to watch out for moving forward with upgrades! If I could rate him 10 stars I would and it was worth every dollar! He's amazing!

I needed help with my PC's motherboard so I called them up. Steve (I believe it was Steve) reassured me and helped me when Reddit could not. This is definitely the right place to go to for anything PC related.

Steve is great. I have a physical condition that makes it very difficult to hold things without dropping them and I’ve used his services many times for broken phone screens and an iPad. He has repeatedly given me good advice that goes against his own financial self-interest to help me get the best deal for my needs. He’s a straight shooter and I’ve referred several friends to him. Very quick to respond and very fast repairs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The owner is very reachable, which is great when you are calling for computer repair in a panic! He got me a quote speedily and was honest and upfront about what the process would entail in terms of time and cost. Great communication and customer service.

Steve did all of what it could to help me fix my device and I am so thankful to him! My phone was dying and he put so much efforts into fixing it. I really appreciated it. Don't expect warm and fuzzy. Just honest and knows what he's doing! I needed my phone to last couple more month! He was honest that carrier may not support it much longer. In and out 30 minutes. Very reasonable. Or you can stay on phone with apple support wanting Apple ID just to transfer you you to local store. Highly recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Steve is a God-send! We're currently in town for a conference and the home button on my husband's iPhone cracked and was no longer working. Steve helped us troubleshoot a solution over the phone and it worked!!! No charge and we didn't even have to come in! I am beside myself with at how quick he was to help us and how patient he was as he walked us through the process. I highly recommend Steve for your iPhone repair needs!
