Stood in line early in the evening, came back to stand in line for a while. H&M needs to hire more people for the holidays and for Covid-19. It’s not fair for the checkers to have to deal with, without support.
Just came here again, the 20th of May 2023z Long line and only one person ringing people up. So it’s still a BIG ISSUE.

This is an incredible store. The staff at this particular location are much friendlier and attentive than at my home store. We were greeted as we walked into the store, and the staff were quick to assist me in finding just the right shirts and sweaters I was looking for. Even the check out procedure went quickly. The cashier was very well trained and knew exactly what she was doing. I really appreciated the high standards of professionalism I found at this store. The manager here has done a great job training the team members.

I stopped by this location today @ 10am to purchase 1 item. Wasn't helped at all. As I stood in an empty line, an associate blatantly asked if I was ready. Confused if she was talking to me with the lack of eye contact or directness I received, I began checking out my item with her. She kept this nasty, negative, unfriendly attitude during the whole transaction. No excuse to treat customers so poorly for no reason. Horrible customer service. Arrogant associates.
