Harbor House was the first gift store I visited on Old Fisherman's Wharf street. Visitors can conveniently explore the Monterey Downtown area using the free tourist bus. The street offers a variety of shopping stores and fresh seafood restaurants, making it a busy but walkable and enjoyable experience. If you're planning to visit Monterey Bay, I highly recommend checking out this store!

It's a pretty nice store. Absolutely love it. It has a lot of nice things to buy. I will be definitely coming the next time I come to Monterey. Have had a good experience when I came here with my mom.

Was really disappointed to see this store closed before they're actual hours that are set online. Came to the pier for dinner (I live pretty far from Monterey) and checked what time this placed close to come back and buy something specific from the window but they had already closed at 6:30pm.

Your worker scammed me for 20 dollars. I bought a $10.99 box with a dragon on top of it, and I understand tax but she kept telling me I was a dollar short after I watched her put 5 dollars of the money I had already given her in the cash register. I told her, "I gave you an extra 5 dollars." But she kept insisting I didn't. She was working the cash register at around 3:00-4:00 pm June 14th.

Probably the best shop to go to when looking to buy souvenirs of the area. It isn't overpriced , has everything from magnets, keychains, coastal finds, clothing and jewelry. The staff is friendly and the store is well kept. A bit crowded when it comes to spacing of isles for my liking given Covid but it is what it is. It was like walking into an organized hoarders overstuffed closet but oddly enough you knew what sections were which.

Going from Fresno to Monterey, this is my favorite gift shop at Old Fisherman's Warf, staff is kind and helpful. There's great small finds throughout the store, i collect small items as i travel and returning here is always bestShout out to the spanish staff member who's going to college, thanks for the help!

I want to start by saying that I really hope the owner reads this review and gives Daisy a raise. We went in and bought A shirt for the hubby, we proceeded to exit out but then noticed that they had a bunch of little souvenirs for girls. We went in again and I asked the friendly cashier (Daisy) if she could help me find some souvenirs for little girls to which she happily replied she could and proceeded to find some cool bracelets for all my nieces (5 of them!). I ended up leaving with six additional souvenirs for the kiddos. She was nice that she even gave me some small present baggies to give the souvenirs to my nieces and nephew. It's nice to receive this kind of customer service. Well done Daisy! It's also a plus that Daisy speaks Spanish which is helpful for those who need it :O)

I went into this store to buy a souvenir for my granddaughter. I was approached by a Hispanic lady who immediately started yelling at me because my mask was down (COMPLETELY ON ACCIDENT) because I had just walked in from outside. I sincerely apologized and felt so stupid because I COMPLETELY agree with mask regulations and couldn’t believe I had forgotten to pull it up all the way. As soon as I said, “I AM SO SORRY!” and immediately covered my nose , she yelled “And you better keep it up!!!!” I have NEVER in my life been treated so RUDELY by ANY employee before and I will NEVER GO IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!

I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated as RUDELY by any employee as I was by a female employee at this place!!! I walked in from outside and ACCIDENTALLY had my mask down and she yelled at me, humiliating me, and when I apologized and IMMEDIATELY pulled up my mask (I am ALL IN FAVOR OFMASK MANDATES!!!) , she then said in the RUDEST voice imaginable, " AND YOU BETTER KEEP IT UP!!!!!" I left humiliated and crying. There was NO NEED for that kind of treatment. NEVER AGAIN!!
