When you go in...ask for Elizabeth (Liz)! She has excellent customer service and knows her store well! When my item wasn't in stock, she directed me to another item that suited my needs...and the item was on sale! I bought two! Footlocker needs to make her a manager/supervisor! I know from prior retail experience that stores like these have a higher turnover...you guys better keep Liz on staff! She's an asset to your store! Thx for showing me that jacket! Excellent buy

Don’t shop here and Do not order online from this store. On October 25th I came in to try on a pair of shoes that I saw was available in store in my size through the site. I asked about the pair and the employee (without even looking it up) told me that they didn’t have it in stock even though I showed her the website that said it was available. So I left and placed an order that was supposed to be ready within 2 hours which didn’t end up being processed until the next day. By then I was already out of town and I wasn’t able to pick up until the following week. Apparently there’s a surprise for you when you don’t pick up the item during the pickup window, instead of it just being canceled and you getting a refund they ship it to you. I went back into the store to ask about a refund/the package and they couldn’t even give me a tracking number for this package that the store supposedly shipped already. They told me I’d have to contact customer service about this. My online order says the package was “picked up” even though I have no shoes. Nor did I ever receive it at my address. Customer service it’s also no help since they believe that I picked up the shoes. So now I’m out $ for the stores incompetence.

The is no fitting room so you must buy and try at home. The issue is that when you go back to return any item that didn't fit they ask you so may question on top of asking you for your full name, phone number, email, card number, etc. Like all they need is on the receipt. They keep asking "are your sure you bought it here" even though I bought the item the day before. Avoid this branch go to the one in Salinas instead.

Do not shop here these guys have no clue in what the hell they are doing if you shopped here tonight and bought something that had a sale price I'd say check yo it receipts twice because they guys were selling them at regular price !! Yet the manager claims you can't get a refund without returning a purchase and repurchasing again like what !! Do your job right man !!
